Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa

Erick, Ricky and Victor from the entertainment team made this trip the best experience!! They were so much fun! I enjoyed how they were very engaging with everyone at the resort. I would come back to Dreams Tulum just to hang with them again! Thank you for the good memories!!

The entertainment team is the best ever I love Erick, Ricky and victor they were so much fun and had the best energy ever. I will miss them and their activities, Erick is hilarious and has the best dance moves this trip wouldn’t be the same without them🥹🥹

The pools are phenomenal and the staff are all very friendly and always ready to help. The kids club staff was especially amazing, big thanks to Yesica, Valeria, and the rest of the crew who kept the kids happy and engaged! We will definitely return!

Very clean resort that lets you use as many towels as you need. The staff are very nice (especially Erik and Victor!!) and the food was good. Want a seat by the pool? Either reserve a chair early or ask a staff member to find you a chair because at first glance it looks like nothing is available. All the restaurants are close to each other.

There is a lot to like about Dreams Tulum, but I also have a caution for anyone interested in booking here. First the good. The food has been surprisingly good. The orange duck at the Bordeaux restaurant was excellent. The watermelon filet in Portofino was a delightful surprise. The shrimp cocktail at Seaside is wonderful and the view from Seaside is spectacular. We've been to many Hibachis at many Secrets resorts, and this was better! Our UVC rep Annette is absolutely wonderful. The beach is beautiful. And I discovered that there is a Peloton bike in the gym! Now, for the caution: the rooms have maintenance issues. We've had toilets that dont flush one day and then leak water all over the floor another day, cold showers, a freezing room with a thermostat that did not work. Multiple smaller maintenance nuisances with safes, patio doors, etc. If you're accustomed to going to places like Secrets Maroma, where you can probably book any room and be happy, this place is different. I would exercise caution in selecting the room that you book. With the right room, this is a great resort.
