Our family of four had a very good time at the resort. The employees there were very nice, especially Ronny and Angel. They taught us some Spanish and played chess with our daughter. Angel wanted no part of my ping pong, lol. The grounds are beautiful, immaculate and clean. Iguanas everywhere, so the kids had fun spotting them. Very impressed with how clean the washrooms were. There are also many activities there for both adults and families. We enjoyed the fire show, headphone dance party and coconuts on the beach. Not our pre-teen son because he thinks everything is lame. The hotel was not crowed and short waits for dinner are a plus. My only gripes were that the food was just okay, the drinks are a little weak and poolsidedinner service was kinda slow. The hotel itself is older so don't expect a modern experience. Our air-conditioning went out one night and it was humid. They did provide us with a fan that night which helped. The air conditioner was fixed the next day after we came back from and excursion, so it's all good.

The resort was very nice. Hospitality was great. I honestly have never done an all inclusive resort before so I wasn't sure what to expect but I found most of the food underwhelming. I will say the Asian restaurants were fantastic and I never felt sick or uncomfortable after eating at any establishments. The buffet is pretty good too but you have to go during peak times for the freshest food and best variety. There's definitely something for everyone there.

The bed was comfortable and the town was a short, 10 minute ride away. The spa was excellent. I highly recommend Anastasia! Food at Portofino was excellent as well. I ordered the filet and the shrimp risotto. The staff all spoke English and were all so very nice and helpful.

Good service overall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quality of food (dining) is below average (often food served cold). Asian experience way below expectation. Very pushy regarding the "time share alternative". Beach good but sea not that great for swimming (rocks).
