Terrible and very unhappy. Not at all like the website
It is terrible. Mosquitos everywhere. Not a proper hotel breakfast. No parking. The place needs a lot of maintenance and everything is old. Bathrooms are outdoors which brings in lots of insects , bugs and Mosquitos. For the price is not at all worth it. The area and surrounding streets are filthy and shady. Lots of graffiti everywhere.

Perfect intro to beautiful Bali 💚
Myself and my daughter, along with some friends spent 5 nights at the stunning oasis that is Le Jardin, Seminyak.The service and attention to detail from their gorgeous staff was incredible. I’d especially like to give a huge shout out to Eka who collected us from the airport, shared his knowledge of the best of Bali and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay - he even called our driver at 5am to make sure he had picked us up on time when it was time to head back to Australia. And if you’ve never experienced a Citrus Coffee before, Eka’s will have you hooked with the first sip! Absolutely nothing during our stay was too much trouble. We are looking forward to doing it all over again soon 🥰

We came for honeymoon and the welcoming was really nice. There were some details in our room. The villa is very big and has very good facilites. The staff was very polite and food is so tasty. To sum up, we have had a very good experience. Thanks!!

Great location and staff but in need of cosmetic overhaul
My family and I got to spend 2 weeks in a 2 bedroom villa. The villas are definitely in need of repair and renovation, all fixtures are well worn, the aircons work but are old and losing their impact, one night while sleeping I was woken up by a large panel of straw roof decor falling off the ceiling. On the surface on arrival the villa presents very well and are well cleaned and managed from that perspective they just need a big cosmetic overhaul. The beds were sadly the worst part, both bedrooms offered what felt like sleeping on a slab of concrete….All of us woke up every morning hurting. The breakfast offered was delicious with a good selection however sadly my kiddos don’t have very adventurous palettes and the only thing they would eat could only be served if we went up to the main restaurant area for breakfast so we had to miss out many mornings having it delivered to the villa. They had separate things offered in villa and up at the main area. The staff were awesome, super kind, friendly and attentive when you needed them. Anything we needed they usually made happen and were so great with the kids too. The proximity to the beach was perfect and we really enjoyed the location, a great balance of privacy and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The pool was perfect size and very clean and well maintained. My daughters spent the majority of our time there in the pool. My 4 year old loved the large steps as she is not full swim trained yet so she could splash and play confidently. Overall an enjoyable holiday here and hopefully once they invest in some cosmetic changes it will really upgrade the experience!

Incredible staff, beautiful villa, amazing experience
The staff were absolutely incredible, the villa was beautiful, close to the local street, easy to find. Yummy food, although a somewhat smaller menu. We had our own pool which was amazing, although became not useable due to it not filtering properly on the second last day which was a shame. Regardless of that, it was such an amazing break from the day to day life back in Australia, and I would love to come back soon. Thank you for your hospitality and your services. P.s. do yourself a favour and get a massage!

My wife and I stayed at Le Jardin for the first half of our honeymoon in Bali for five nights and we made the right choice. It was the most incredible and surreal experience to be there! Everything about it was perfect - the grounds were immaculate, the villas were unbelievably beautiful, luxurious and private. The whole time it felt as if we were the only ones around. The food was consistently very good and of course the staff was awesome! They were all very attentive, super-friendly, and would all go out of the way to accommodate us. We truly loved Le Jardin and all the friends we made there, and will definitely be back there. Highly recommended!
