An amazing property and hotel to stay at in Da Lat. The hotel has beautiful grounds and our villa was gorgeous. The rooms in our villa were beautiful and very comfortable including the bed. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The resort manager spoke with me directly at breakfast both days I was there and shared great recommendations for the rest of our stay in Da Lat. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

One of its kind in Dalat. Being in a coffee region. we aptly put up in a humble Coffee-Trade Villa. Our overall experiences were greatly enhanced by a team of enthusiastic staff always eager to help. Among them, Khanh, Nguyen, Thanh & Nhat gave us plenty of suggestions of where to explore & check out local cuisines. It is a welcome tranquil break from anyone after spending time in the bustling Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi.

An escape from the heat of Hanoi and indeed it was. A mountain retreat with extraordinary views. Room was more than fine but best parts were Staff, La Petit restaurant, and the calming peaceful spa where Giang delivered positively a top-rated Asian Blend Massage. It was refreshing to do my personal yoga daily in the Gym, where views from the windows inspired. On our last day, Ana Mandara arranged a four-hour tour of flower garden, Puppy Farm (!), Da Lat luncheon, indigenous village with weaving, then dropped us at airport.

Our family had a really great time at Ana Mandara resort. The guest rooms are grouped into beautiful ancient houses located on rolling hills surrounding pine trees. It was a perfect place for us to escape the bustling city life to relax and chill and get cozy with your loved ones. The customer services are five stars. Every morning at breakast, the resort General Manager Dung warmly welcomed and chatted with us about the history of the ancient houses built by French about more than 100 years ago. The breakfast has a variety of Asian and Western food. Strongly recommend this resort to everyone.

6 yrs of using TripAdvisor, never have I left a bad review but Ana Mandara Da Lat couldn't disappoint us any further. It rained heavily in Dalat yesterday and our villa was flooded. Before it all happened, my mum saw some flooding sign and she phoned the receptionist for help, to which they acknowledged my mum with a Dạ dạ and that's it. Only when I came back home to a ankle deep flooded room with mud wated, then they sent some help. We were offered to either, move to the upper floor (only that it shared the same flooded entrance and no way you can come in without getting soaked. And, there was no sign that the rain is going to stop, God knows what is going to happen), or wait for another room to be clean up then we can move in. We were transferred to the receptionist area, no apology, no blanket as such was offered and I was shaking in the cold. An hour wait later, we were moved to another room and they said it was an 'upgrade'. And to my understanding, it apparently is the only available room at the time when I started to speak to the manager. I have to cancel all my plans that night and we were leaving the next day. 3 meetings with the manager and 3 phone calls (at least) to the GM later, I was offered a 50% discount on food and 30 mins massage. Putting their customers at risks, making them wait in the cold for an hour long, and they think it would make us so happy. 😔 The GM came to us during our breakfast to explain why things went the way it was and asked us for sympathy!? We (again) went through the events with her, she said she wasn't aware it was that bad and offered us 50% discount on our next stay. At that point, I don't think I have any trust with their care anymore so I refuse. I wish that I have something nice to say about this beautiful resort but the way the managers handling crisis and their care towards the customers really ruined it for us.
