After extensive research of many of the Ko'Olina options we are beyond happy with our choice of booking with Cherie of Honu Homes/Four Lagoons Realty. We were a family of 5 adults + a five year old. Location allows for easy walking to surrounding resorts, restaurants, shopping. Parking is excellent right in the building. We had an SUV and parked easily. Roy's happy hour and Island Country Market were our favorites to eat and get market food or supplies. Unit view was very plenty enough for ocean to see with a slight side view of the units next but not enough to obstruct. Unit was comfortable, functional and roomy enough for us to be private or together. The non-ocean view side was also nice with fields and mountains. Ocean is right there! We tried other lagoons and found this one was best. Combination of calmness but enough swimming space out with good wave action. The pools were not busy in May and the adults and kids had their own areas. We did a Costco run but also enjoyed the Market prepared food. Most of all, working with Cherie was the best. Professional, accommodating, kind, friendly and ensures you are happy with your stay. Villa staff was also helpful with area questions. Cherie is our first call when we go again.

We have stayed at the Ko’Olina Beach Villas about 8 times since 2016. Up until this visit, I would say that the villas were consistently a strong 4+ to 5 rating. In this visit, we experienced much more noise from F16 jets doing flyovers, an increase in commercial and other aircraft. We stayed 6 days and it was incredibly noisy. The quiet pool was not quiet as families descended upon it in the afternoon (this happened 3 different times) we wanted to rest by the pool and read. Or swim laps and children were playing in the lane. Just a lack of attention by management to the pool area. We like to stay in the Beach Tower and it seemed like voices carried in the early morning and you could hear conversations from other guests as early as 6 am. So if you are looking for a quiet idyllic location, the sunsets are fabulous but it is not quiet. After several visits, I am afraid we will not return.

Great resort and a fantastic location! My family and I rented a villa here through VRBO and it did not disappoint. The villa was huge with a giant balcony with an ocean view, large living room and kitchen, and spacious bedrooms. I like that this resort wasn’t nearly as busy/crowded as the neighboring Marriot and Disney resorts. It felt very relaxed, which is what we prefer on vacation. We also liked the Ko Olina area in general. Very nice and secluded feeling. It’s away from all of the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. Overall great experience!

Absolutely wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this place unless you want your rights stripped away..no you aren't allowed to take any of your prescriptions on the property unless you are going to be kicked out and fined..and they get way to personal on wanting to much personal information!! Not sure how they refuse someone with a medical condition and tell them they have to leave the property.should rename the place Russia

Fantastic stay! Made accommodations through Ola Properties (so friendly and easy to work with). Our condo was so spacious, clean, quiet, and gorgeous view (beach tower 610). Slider doors open fully ip the lanai, so beautiful! Beach chairs, boogie boards, most kitchen accessories you’ll need, laundry detergent, even a clothing steamer! Pool area is kept very clean, in working order. Music out at the pool side bar was classy and low key! Staff was the friendliest we experienced during our entire trip. Lagoon felt comfortable and safe for swimming for our younger two. One day there was a bit of a rowdy crowd but the lagoon is big enough to just venture elsewhere when we felt it was too rowdy for our littles safety. If we ever return to Oahu we will definitely stay again. Cons: mattresses were hard, but pillows were very comfortable. We have two competitive swimmers that needed to get laps in and hoped to use the lap lane but one side was a bit too shallow and often had quite a number of people hanging out. Not a huge deal they just headed to the lagoon and got in a workout.
