Great experience

Great service and super luxurious resort. Every small thing was taken care of. Lucky we were there for the Chinese new year as there was a great celebration with dragon dance and wonderful music. Final day lunch at the pool side was so delicious and the staff (Tiffy, O, Men, Ton, Tin, Tie) were great for conversation. Overall 5/5.

I really like enjoyed my stay at Banyan Tree. The most stand out feature is the staff kindness and sweetness. I would like to especially thank Araya from the reception. She has been very kind and hospitable and made our experience memorable!

The pool bar staff was incredible. So attentive to our needs. They anticipated our needs and were efficient. The smoothies were delicious and presentation was beautiful ! Shoutout to tiffy, O, Men, Tle, Tin and ton! Thanks for a great stay!

We just finished a wonderful 4 night stay here. It was perfect. The pool villa was amazing and we loved the outdoor bath! The staff were exceptional and looked after us and our toddler very well, thank you to the pool staff Tiffy, O, Men, Ton, Tle, Tin who were so great during our time here!
