Banyan Tree Phuket

Just had 10 days at the BT in Phuket. A real treat, fantastic food, idyllic surroundings and one of the best swimming pools ever!! Made all the more special by the wonderful service and brilliant staff throughout the hotel and especially at the poolside bar and restaurant Thanks tiffy, O, Pang, Gem, Tony, Ton, Tin and anyone else we’ve failed to mention !!

We stayed at the Banyan tree for the first 5 nights of our honeymoon in Thailand, wow what a place, we had our own pool with an amazing room and were delighted with the ambience of the hotel It is perfect for romance and relaxing, we were fortunate enough to eat in 3 of the restaurants and the food was always amazing, loved the river boat into the shopping village, the staff were super attentive and when anything was required it was dealt with super quickly. Good range of amenities with both a spa and golf course on site, the golf Course was lovely. On the night time when it gets dark and the lighting comes on the resort looks completely and utterly magical. Thank you so much banyan tree for our excellent stay Nick and Claire - Feb 25

Using this wonderful resort to it's fullest I booked a full body massage with Nam and what an experience, she is so kind, very caring and a consummate masseuse, I would rate Nam as simply the best, be sure to book with her. Overall the Banyan Tree resort with, golf, tennis, 5 eateries and double pool villas to die for is the best I've ever stayed at.

We had the most amazing time at the Banyan Tree. We had a lagoon pool villa, totally stunning overlooking the lagoon or sitting at our wonderful pool. The room was large, beautiful comfortable bed, large shower, plenty of storage space. Staff were really friendly, especially Ginny who checked us in. This was our 2nd time here, we are glad we returned. Breakfast was great, nice location overlooking the lagoon, great choice of everything you may need/want. We had a complementary dinner at Saffron on our first night which was really nice. We walked to the beach, wasn’t that impressed, luckily we prefer the pool! We used the gym which is a good size, we had a totally fabulous time here.

This is our fourth trip to this hotel. Every time it is an unforgettable trip for our family. Most of all I want to mention the well-coordinated work of managers Nivat and Manus, who have greeted us at this hotel over all these years. They are always very attentive, caring and friendly, especially in relations to our little son Andrey. I am absolutely sure that the feeling of a wonderful holiday in this hotel is thanks to them.
