The ideal room for every vacation
Fantastic room - Zen, bright, unique interior, and super duper clean! This is THE room I want for every holiday. I'd love to put them on wheels and travel with them wherever I go! Breakfast with them was fun too. But it could've afforded more variations in the day-to-day breakfast menu for guests staying multiple days.

If you’re looking for an incredible experience at a wonderful hotel with amazing staff this is it!
We stayed at a DoublePool villa as a family of four. From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIPs and completely cared for. Our villa host was Best and he was wonderful. Always available to help with anything at all, whether restaurant booking, recommendations, buggy ordering, he even sorted out dive scooters for the pool for our boys on Christmas Day which was a lovely surprise. All staff are so happy and eager to make your stay the best possible experience. Other staff to mention are Coach, bar manager and O who is often at the main pool area bar. Coach is always ready with a beaming smile and the service he offers really is second to none one. We will miss them all. Food is extremely varied and of the highest quality. The grounds are kept immaculate and whilst we did not play golf this time, the course looked great. When I fell and sprained my ankle the medical attention was immediate and comprehensive. All staff seemed to know what had happened and checked in on me for the following few days. We will be booking to return. Please keep our villa for us ☺️.

Amazing spa service
Stayed at banyan tree for 3 nights. Did golf at Laguna next door in the morning, was fun. Great idea to have booked spa and massage in the afternoon - much needed pampering! Had a private treatment room for the tailored to your senses package for 90min. Browny was very friendly and skillful - right amount of strength to relax my muscles and very on point massaging. Amazing experience and definitely recommend!

Gift was very good at massage and facial! Facial was very good especially. The room and atmosphere was very nice, I went for 1.5 hours with my partner. She also had a very good experience. Will defn recommend to others and will come back again!
