Villa Verano is not only a gorgeous and comfortable location, but the staff is outstanding. All of them, Rosie, Gabby and the rest of the staff, were so attentive to our needs and made sure everything we had asked for was there when we arrived. Our houseman Lalo could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Along with Wilver our chef, well you will never go out to a restaurant again. They took care of every request, every detail, no matter how small. In this day and age of generally bad customer service, the people at Villa Verano actually make you feel appreciated and make you very glad you stayed. This was our third time and now we don't want to go anywhere else. You will not be sorry you booked this incredible place with these amazing people.

What an experience! Came with a large party for a friend’s 50th- and what service. Everytime we turned around- we were greeted with smiles and a helping hand, or offering a cocktail. The rooms were gracious, and stunning- I loved the open air shower! The grounds, the view- beautiful. And we were treated to a wonderful surprise at our last dinner that left smiles on our faces and a tear in an eye or two. I would highly highly highly suggest a stay here.

Probably one of the best vacations of all time! Not just the location but the conditions and staff! If I could give 10 stars I would! I have traveled the world for 40 years and this is hands down one of the best experiences I have had! José the manage and his crew! Fredy. Manny. Eddy. Tony. Franko and Nestor, Hilda and Maribel. This may have been the best trip I have ever been on. The staff was unbelievable! From the moment I walked in José the vlla verano manager. Fredy, Manny, Eddy and Tony the waiters/ bartenders took amazing care of us. Franko and Nestor The Chefs gave us five star meals with amazing presentation, Hilda and Maribel the maids had our rooms spotless throughout the day My group of 15 will 100% be coming back again for many years to come.

Villa Verano is absolutely incredible! The sunset views are out of this world!! Delicious food and amazing service! Jose, Manny, Lalo, Arturo, Eddy, Freddy, Tony and all the staff are so fun and attentive. The chef is amazing and the rooms are immaculate, they even do your laundry every morning! Highly recommend Villa Verano and can't wait to return!!
