The Ritz Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert

This was a repeat visit back to The Ritz Al Wadi Desert and a trip I had be counting down to for months in anticipation. We were family of 3 ( 2 adults and a 2 year old daughter). We had the most amazing 3 days at the resort. The beauty of the resort to the fabulous villa we had was exceptional. We would like to thank every single member of the hotel but unfortunately we don’t have everyone’s name. Pablo and Jeff were very helpful and always engaging, especially with my daughter Sofia. They anticipated our needs ahead and very polite. Myca and the breakfast team were always so wonderful to us and always anticipated our needs ahead of time. All the staff despite how busy there were always found time to engage my daughter Sofia. Also thank you Myca for the lovely card! I would also like to thank the housekeeping staff members who serviced our villa (Room 504) / the room was immaculate. Room service team was execellent. We had two wonderful festive dinner and lunch. John took good care of us at Kan Zaman. He was great. Maria and Yuliya make sure our festive lunch at the Farmhouse by Syrco was one to remember. Would recommend the falcon show also, the trainer from South Africa was so knowledgeable. I do apologise for some of the missing names of other people who went above and beyond. We will be returning next your for sure..

Five star property. Location, accommodation, recreational activities, food and beverage options and above all the staff are amazing. Aruna - Thank you for the warm welcome and great send off Mani - Your hospitality at Kaheela was exceptional Wandy and Danish - Thank you for going out of your way every morning to make breakfast memorable Jeff, Aaron, Hemant - The buggy rides from your team and you were a big highlight for the kids Crystal, Ernest - The nature adventure sessions were phenomenal for both us and the kids. Michelle - You brought out the natural archer in my son Venkat and Saber - Thank you for the arrangements back to the airport.

The stunning desert landscape surrounding the resort created a serene and breathtaking atmosphere that’s hard to describe in words. The accommodations were luxurious and impeccably clean, blending modern comfort with an authentic desert feel. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure every detail of our stay It’s is a true oasis in the desert and a must-visit destination for anyone looking for relaxation, adventure, and natural beauty. Big Thank to Amer the club car driver who was so professional and hard work, his efforts make big difference.

Everything was perfect there! We had 3 marvelous days. Everyone is helpful and charming. Perfect destination if you have kids, they can ride a bike and enjoy animal all around the park. Thanks to Amr who was there to take care of every move on the site! Ritz is rocking
