We attended this resort as a family of all and stay in a beautiful villa with Sunset views, swimming pool, state of the art kitchen, four bedrooms, four ensuite bathrooms, offstreet parking, access to all of the kitchen utensils, towels, washing machine and dryer make it a wonderful villa holiday. The staff who supported us from Services included Me Christopher Pitt. He was there when we needed him when we had any queries and if we had any problems. We lived it there and we are keen to go back at some stage in the future. The views both of the golf course, of the sea were spectacular from that elevation. The Community was friendly. The main swimming pool and gymnasium were in good order, the clubhouse was very nice and the food seemed delicious although we did not eat there. We had a few games of golf on the stunning course. The staff in the golf shop were very professional. The clothing and other merchandise on sale was of tiptop quality. The buggy staff were also very helpful as the main gate and golf course security. We felt very safe from the time we entered this resort and very content with all that we experienced while we were there.

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment in the Royal villas area. Lovely apartment, and setting. Booked another available one in same block for the next year. The pool area great, although would benefit from some toilets and a few more beds in the busy period. The views from the balcony were great. The security staff were very friendly, not so much the staff at the main pool, but stayed around our own pool for the most part. A car highly recommended, although there is a shuttle bus which we did not use. There is access to the Mullins beach bar and beds, but due to the undercurrents at the time, we only got to use the beach beds once. The restaurant was nice, and food good, although a highly unprofessional argument occurred right by our table with the kitchen and bar staff, we found it quite entertaining, but not really want you want when spending top dollar. Until next year.

A good base to discover Barbados. We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious and very well equipped. A large terrace with loungers and dining table. Washing machine and tumble dryer, cooker, hob, microwave and dishwasher. The only negative is that the pool bar / cafe is no longer open. The pool is immaculately kept by Mark. A good sized lap pool a few hundred feet away. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the main clubhouse and Sanctuary pool which does have a cafe and the food and drinks available are limited but good quality.

We stayed with another couple at one of the villas available for rent. This is a beautiful property - very large, gated community on the west side of the island. We had a tremendous view of the golf course and Caribbean from our porch. The other amenities were fine with a good size pool, tennis courts and plenty of room to walk. The only disappointment was that the property has no beachfront. There is a free shuttle bus to a private beach location and an open-air beach restaurant the property owns. The beach is very small, virtually no space at high tide and not much at low tide. Chairs and umbrellas are free but everyone was so packed into the small beach space, we could hardly breathe. There are many good reasons to go to Royal Westmoreland but the beach is not one of them. With the large and magnificent homes on this property, you'd think they could sink some money into finding a new beach location or rebuilding the current beach.

Spent the month of January in one of the golf cottages. Had a great time, the facilities were excellent and the golf course was great. The views are also nice. Customer service was lacking from management side
