Incredible vacation at Twin Palms with a group of 16. Kevin and team were incredible! We can't wait to return.

We stayed at the Dragonfly Villa to celebrate my sister and brother in laws 50th Birthday! The resort and Villa were 5 stars! The house staff was the BEST and made our trip even more enjoyable! The Thursday night reggae party was fun and the band was excellent! We would definitely return to Tryall but would not want the stay anywhere else but Dragonfly!

Very Disappointing as I said the Villa was not in good shape and should have been taken out of the inventory until the new owner could make improvements. Gardening staff was constantly in the area of the pool and garden even after I stated several times I did not want staff hanging around when we were at the pool. There were termite feces on my clothes on the shelves in the bathroom facilities were right next to the kitchen so you could hear the staff and they could hear you termites were falling on the bed I couldn't sleep. House keeper did the best she could and made special effort. She is lovely but her quarters were disgraceful and she had no uniform. Chef was amazing and excellent food. Yard staff should not be in the living room or verandah when guest are present it made me and everyone uncomfortable. Great House meal was embarrassing bad both our seating after booking so far in advance and making it known it was a special occasion.

I went with 9 other friends and it was GREAT!! The staff was outstanding, you can't beat the views of the water, the FOOD was authentic !! Nothing to complain about. Teresa and chef from last week was the BEST!! The grounds are also very well kept up!!

My husband and I stayed at Bee Happy with our three kids (baby, 3 year old, 5 year old) and absolutely loved our experience. Paulette was fantastic. You could tell with anything she did, she paid very close attention to detail, wanting our stay to be as good as possible. She took care with our meals (which not only tasted wonderful but also were presented in a way that showed her love for hosting), our laundry, and keeping our space tidy (which is a big job with 3 kids!). My husband's birthday landed on this trip and Paulette cooked a homemade cake at her home for him and found "40" candles to top. Her energy was very light and she was a pleasure to be around. My 5 year old son wanted to help her with cooking, cleaning, setting the table, laundry, etc. and she welcomed his involvement and was so sweet with our other two. She truly made the trip a vacation for us and we loved getting to know her. The villa itself is in a very convenient location and is very well kept by Paulette. The big patio and plunge pool were a big plus. During our stay in July, it was very hot but the breeze on the porch made it feel nice and refreshing for the most part. There were a couple issues with the water turning off during our stay and Paulette made sure the problem was resolved quickly. We hope to be back soon!
