Spectacular Viceroy Bali
After three days at the Viceroy two years ago we were anxious to return for a five day visit this time and we were not disappointed. Your initial impression upon entering the open lobby is that you are in for a special experience. The check in process was flawless and you are quickly golf carted to your villa. Whatever villa you have chosen you will be pleased. They are all roomy, well appointed and comfortable. Besides the impressive physical aspects of the hotel, the valley setting really sets the Viceroy apart from other fine hotels in Ubud We are anxious to return once again.

Amazing honeymoon at Viceroy!
We had a great honeymoon at Viceroy Bali! The service was amazing (specially from all the staff in the Cascades restaurant), the food was delicious and catered to special diets, and the place is gorgeous. Special mention to Kadek who was our amazing tour guide for a day! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and planned a very fun day for us! Everyone and everything was wonderful. Thank you so much!

We have stayed here several times over the past three years, and each visit has been absolutely amazing. From the moment we checked in until checkout, the hospitality was exceptional. The rooms offer stunning views of the tropical jungle, and the rain shower and amenities are of the highest quality. Breakfast at Cascades is an unparalleled experience, with breathtaking views and à la minute dishes that are simply outstanding. Another highlight of the Viceroy is the presence of Apéritif, one of the best restaurants in Bali. What more could you ask for?

Awesome resort. My work life was VERY challenging. As soon as I walked into our pool villa my immediate thought was oh wow, it was all worth this!! Spectacular service in the restaurant (Yan) spa (like nothing g I have experienced before) and wonderful drivers (Chest - not spelled correctly). Just a wonderful staff all the way around - truly all were wonderful. I feel bad that I am not mentioning all the names as all we really above and beyond!!!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE
We were impressed with the experience of staying at this place. We haven't even left yet, but from the moment we set foot here, we were surprised by the smallest details. We have traveled to more than 20 countries and have never been so well treated and attended to. The hotel's facilities are fantastic, the food is wonderful, and the service is second to none. All the staff are extremely friendly, polite, and always willing to help. It was our honeymoon and we will never forget the days we spent here. It will certainly be etched in our hearts and we will return soon. This message goes out to couples: give yourself a gift and stay at The Viceroy. You will never forget this experience.
