loved our stay at Viceroy
we loved our stay at Viceroy, we stayed in a pool villa which was lovely to have our own space to relax. the rooms are huge, lots of space with a massive bathroom. They offer a complimentary shuttle in to Ubud every other hour which worked really well. the staff are a massive asset to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. We enjoy the cocktails at pinstripe bar. highly recommend the Viceroy it was a real highlight of our trip to bali

Beautiful Luxury Hotel Best for Honeymoon
It is one of the best hotels we have had in Bali. The ambiance, facilities and hospitality are all extremely high quality. The moment we entered Viceroy we were greeted with warmth and friendliness, they took us for a hotel area tour with a buggy and we were surprised to find our room with a private pool with a view of the green valley. Food in the Cascades is great and the staff is extremely friendly. They made a beautiful flower decoration for our romantic dining. Definitely visit the Pinstripe bar, a 1920s-themed cocktail bar with billiards and chatty bartenders. Recommended! We also tried the Balinese massage at the Akoya Spa inside of the property which is a perfect way to end our short stay in this beautiful premise. Hope to come back soon! 😊

Wonderful stay, albeit too short
We had an overnight in Benoa as we are on a cruise, and decided to stay at the Viceroy Bali overnight. What a good decision it was as the property is everything that it is advertised as. When you talk with the staff, and you find that many have been with the Viceroy since its opening 20 years ago, it makes you realize this is a special place. Meeting Margaret, the owner, topped off our experience as she is the heart and soul of this unique family run hotel. Hands down, when we visit Abud next time, we will be staying at the Viceroy Bali.

As good as it gets
We had the pleasure of Sadi being our driver and tour guide the 29 and 30 of January. Sadi is a fine representation of the quality and professionalism of Viceroy Bali. His positive attitude, friendly personality, and amazing knowledge of the Bali temples, culture, and people made our stay at the Viceroy very special. You are very lucky to have Sadi as a top employee and we will surely request Sadi on our next visit The property is very beautiful and well maintained. The massages upon our arrival were amazing and our private pool was a welcomed amenity.

Unbeatable Viceroy
This was our second stay in this wonderful hotel. Being a frequent guest at many luxurious resorts, I can assure this one is the best. Attention to every little detail is amazing. There’s no drawbacks whatsoever. You feel at home there from the first minute you step out of the very comfortable transfer car. People are amazing, food is beyond praise and facilities are great. Stuff is very accommodating in every request. I had a small accident forgetting my sunglasses in the car on my way from the resort. Thanks to the team and Krisna in particular they were delivered to me in no time. Special shoutout to Hery and Yan from the Cascade restaurant who were amazingly attentive during breakfast and dinner. Love, love, love our stay.
