We’ve been coming to this property just about every year for the last 13 years. We’ve been to many hotels and Ritzs around the US and Europe - the service and hospitality at RC Grand Cayman is second to none. Warm, attentive and a genuine interest to all their guests. Beach is pristine- plenty of staff that are asking if you’re in need of anything. Pool is clean and every so often a sweet treat for the little ones. It’s our home away from home. A special shout out to Rushi at the breakfast buffet who is outstanding and has taken care of our family for years. Seven for a steak dinner is outstanding. From the minute your taxi door opens in front of the property until your last moment at this resort, you experience heaven on earth. Well done RC Grand Cayman team.

Exceptional Customer service! Celebrated my birthday at the resort, the staff made me feel super special with cards, room decorations, cake, etc. The pool and cabanas were phenomenal. The food and drinks were awesome, a few restaurants were closed due to remodeling but with so many great restaurants in the Cayman Islands, it was not a big deal. Concierge, cleaning crew, and all wait staff were top notch!

Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman from October 5-12 was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the ladies and gentlemen of the Ritz went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. After a long flight, I had a slight headache, and the Ritz graciously accommodated us with an early check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch. We opted for an oceanfront room, and it was hands down the best decision. Waking up to those breathtaking views every morning was priceless. While the food options were somewhat limited during our visit, the quality was superb. We were aware beforehand that the Italian restaurant and Blue by Eric Ripert would be closed, but upon arrival, we learned that Taikun, the Japanese restaurant, would also be closed from Sunday to Thursday. Although they offered a limited menu at Silver Palm, it wasn’t the full Taikun experience. If you’re visiting in October, it’s good to keep these closures in mind, though there are excellent restaurants within walking distance. Still, we love dining at the Ritz and wished we had the full in-house experience! As beach lovers, we spent hours soaking up the sun and enjoying the warm waters. Just a heads-up—there are a few rocky spots near the shore, so water shoes might be a good idea if you want to avoid stepping on them. We adored the floating rafts Ritz provided and spent hours on them, but they had to be removed as Hurricane Milton approached, bringing some seaweed and stronger waves. The Ritz team handled the situation flawlessly, with the manager personally overseeing the beach cleanup and hiring extra crew to clear the area. However, after that, we decided to relax away from the beach due to the conditions, and the main pool was a bit too crowded for us with children. Fortunately, they opened the quiet pool near the waterpark, but we wish they had informed us earlier as it would have saved us from spending a day indoors. Housekeeping was impeccable, with Tamanna providing outstanding day service—she truly made us feel pampered. The highlight of our trip was our final night, where we celebrated with a phenomenal dinner at Taikun. David, the manager of Silver Palm and Taikun, went all out to make my birthday unforgettable, and he's also a talented photographer! Chef Dhineshraja created exceptional sushi, with the salmon foie gras leaving us amazed – a real highlight even for seasoned sushi lovers. A big shoutout to Lina for arranging our dinner reservation, and to Leah, Olek, Dina, Kemar, and Ovi for making our stay unforgettable. The Ritz-Carlton team went above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience, and we’re already counting down the days until we return!
