Reviews for Enchantment Resort

Enchantment in Sedona

The resort itself is stunning. But I want to give a special shout out to Becky! My husband wanted a guided hike and she was our leader. Becky was perfect! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience very unique to us. I highly recommend both the resort, which has its own access to two trails as well as the activity center and Becky.

Disenchantment

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

We were really looking forward to staying in this hotel .The room was very expensive and had the feel of a1970s holiday inn . The bed was way too small for two people , the bathroom hasn’t been updated since opening and needs it badly , the windows at the top of room for some reason dont have curtains so we were awake at 6 am . The room is very outdated . The restaurants though very scenic are too expensive for mediocre food .. all in all we won’t be back ..

Great vacation to Enchantment Resort and the Trail House

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

We had a wonderful vacation at the Enchantment Resort. The property was stunning and filled with activities. One of our highlights on the trip was the Trail House. We had a great half day hike with Billy, who was a wealth of knowledge and made sure the whole family enjoyed the hike. We also went on a Grand Canyon excursion with Jon and that was a great experience. The kids loved him, and he knew great places to show us throughout the day. Will definitely come back to Sedona and the Enchantment Resort!

Beautiful resort with some housekeeping issues

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

Beautiful resort with some housekeeping problems. First let me say, the staff at the front desk, in the restaurants and the trail house were all amazing! We had thoroughly enjoyed many aspects of the resort, and the location was gorgeous with trails being easily accessible right from the property. The bad was truly housekeeping. They are not reliable and we had had to call numerous times in a day to have them clean our room. -not what you want to focus on while on vacay. It appears they are understaffed, and/ or not communicating with the front desk. We had heard other guests complaining as well, so this appears to be an issue for many. When you pay this kind a money, the expectation is that the rooms should be tidied (clean towels, beds made, and garbage emptied) by 2 pm. If you call because you have children you hope that they can accommodate you earlier in the day, esp if you make a request and are tipping. Unfortunately, that had not been the situation and even the turn down service was closer to 8:30/ 9 pm, which is not acceptable for families with children. Otherwise, we loved the resort and everything they had to offer. Hopefully they can resolve the lack of communication between the front desk and housekeeping as well as fix what appears to be understaffing.

Better than I Expected!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

The most beautiful resort and surroundings. Everything was perfect. It is expensive, but they make it worth it. Hiking, Pink Jeep Tour, Massage and great food. Great Restaurants to choose from. Close enough to downtown Sedona to have a meal there. And the views are over the top. Loved that everyone had an opinion of what certain mountains looked like. Old Fashion coffee cup...snoopy...dinosaur. So fun.
