We stayed for two nights in the property, this is our second stay in the hotel.Everthing was in top notch,Check- in was very smooth, Carlos from Reception was very polite,answered all my enquiries.Room cleaning was perfect and spotless with nice towel art,thanks to Housekeeping Kalindu,Sanath & Nidheesh.Bed and pillows was very comfortable. Kids play area was very good and my kids enjoyed them very much.One best christamas decoration at the lobby.!!!THANKS TO ENTIRE TEAM!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILY STAY!!!

Amazing experience with one of the best 5 stars resorts in Abu Dhabi, very professional and friendly staff, special thanks for Ms.Emma Joy for her hospitality and welcoming us by the best way possible, she spared no effort to make our stayed a unique experience, from the moment we arrived she strived to made us happy, I like the quietness of the hotel And a view of the sea at sunset , room service is fast and the food is excellent😍

Truly loved the experience with my family. The facilities are top class and the staff too. Saad was a real help and always assisted my family and I in whatever we needed. What adds to the experience is the fact that Al Raha beach hotel has its own private stretch of beach.

Ram is brilliant in the Pool Bar. No 1 staff member. Very polite and respectful Reception looks incredible with all the Christmas decorations. Room is fantastic and love all the attention to detail around the Hotel and surrounding areas. 2nd trip and would come again…

It's the first time I leave a negative comment and I'm really sorry, but their behavior is unacceptable. We arrived at the Hotel during the F1, we went specifically for the race. Parents with 3 children, 1 in a wheelchair and with special needs. I took 2 connected rooms for 3 nights for which I paid 6000 euros. A huge price in which at least a kind and nice attitude had to be found. Big and spacious rooms, nice and clean hotel. Nothing to complain about ,at breakfast or dinner. You had something to eat even if you were picky. The staff in the restaurant are super nice and attentive. The main problem was the reception staff and their defiant and lying attitude towards us and the other guests.o On the 2nd night, at 10 p.m., renovations started in the hotel, pipes were changed, holes were drilled, hellish noise right next to our rooms We waited 1 hour for it to stop, after which we went to the reception where the madness began. Nobody knew anything, even though the whole corridor rumble Other guests started calling and coming down to complain. The people at the reception didn't know anything and kept calling security. The noises and renovations lasted until 4 o' clock in the morning. It is unnecessary to say that I threatened, I called the manager, I begged and i told them that if my boy doesn't sleep he has epileptic seizure due to lack of sleep. Effectively, they all passed by and completely ignored us.They shrugged their shoulders and continued the renovations undisturbed. At 5 o'clock in the morning we managed to fall asleep until 8 o'clock when the noise outside the pool started. I had a hard and cruel day, stress as much as possible so that the boy doesn't get hurt. On the last night we went to the reception and asked them not to start the renovations again because it is not fair to pay 2000euro/ night and sit nervously at the reception. We want to rest, especially since we have a long way to go home.They promised us peace. But at 11 p.m. the bangs and the infernal noise started. They gave me tears of nerves and helplessness. We arrived at the reception again, us and another family. They started to lie, to pretend that they didn't know, but in the end they admitted that the air conditioners were clean. We called the manager, he came after an hour, while we waited for him at the reception, because Amir (I think) told him that it was not an emergency and to come in the morning. He was so ignorant that he spoke in English with the manager, forgetting that we understood everything.Effectively, he made fun of us as he wanted. After the manager came, he managed to stop the noise after midnight, so we could sleep a little. We left at noon, without an apology, without even seeing that they were sorry. This attitude is not normal anywhere, even more so in the Emirates. If until now I thought that the Emirates were above all in terms of services, this hotel showed me that it is not so. You can feel humiliated and ridiculed even in the Emirates. I regret to say that I will never return to this hotel, not even for free. .In the hotels where we stay, we like to feel safe, and if we have a problem, to know that we can count on them. At this hotel you are on your own. They don't want to solve their problems so you can have a peaceful vacation. We arrived home with a bitter taste. All I want is that no one ever goes through something like this.
