wonderful stay.
loved the four seasons Abu Dhabi. beautiful hotel.. breakfast was fantastic.. buffet with everything PLUS made tom order form menu.. attached to a great mall. we walked to dinner to two great restaurants.. so convenient.. Staff in general were so gracious.. Housekeeping was very good.. just loved the hotel..

Not what I was expecting from four season extremely disappointing: having bars on windows felt like a prison : Overall is overpriced for a room which is Ok but at £500. a night not worth it : Then at pool dirham 160 for a hamburger: The pool is small was crowded and noisy so don’t go here to relax : if you like shopping mall is next door but I’m not into shopping in malls so not for me !!

Felt like A VIP from arriving at the door to leaving. Easiest check in, booking Spa treatments, on time with all my requests within minutes! my wife and son’s birthday weekend and I had mentioned it very casually in my email and was treated amazingly well. Miss Valentina couldn’t have been more helpful, my kids started calling her auntie when we left. Literally a perfect long weekend and whilst a bit expensive was with the money.

True four-seasons experience
Fourseasons We check in with Mary who addressed us by name and was super welcoming she requested to offer us anything until waiting for the room since we arrived prior to check in time. Friday received our car and greet us with his very nice smile and welcoming drink. Staff in the hotel are the best! They are going above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. I requested my room to be near elevator and received my request. I received a welcoming desserts in the room with a customize note from the guest manager very nice move. Super clean room and bathroom with all needed amenities. Bed is super comfortable and so as the sofa. Tv channels varies with nice selection. I truly loved the art surrounding and usage of perfume diffusers everywhere. The floweriest in the hotel is very creative too. The hotel is an elevator to be in the galleria mall which puts you with endless shopping and dining outlets too. Loved my stay shall definitely return. True four seasons experience with every single detail.
