The best chef brunch! Jastin was amazing! We had the best time and the food is so fresh and varieties of every food you can imagine. So clean inside and such helpful staff. We had the drinks package and feel we got our moneys worth and more! Thank you Ritz

we had dinner in the gionotte restaurant and were brilliantly looked after by Jatin. the food was excellent as was the service - great time - the italian buffet was superb and great value for money - eat all you like and the ambiance was fantastic

The hotel is perfect! We booked a suite which was quite reasonable and it was gorgeous and huge. The view of the mosque very near by was spectacular, The bar had fabulous snacks and the steak house was fabulous; the wagu carpaccio was delicious. Most of all, the concierge Harry was a life saver. I lost my favorite earrings on the flight over and they landed up in lost and found at the airport after we departed Abu Dhabi. Harry worked through all the red tape and arranged to get them back to me! Thank you Harry!❤️

Wow what can we say !!!! We love this hotel so much, we went in September with our Son and his Partner. We Were surprised to see Sajeesh and Rafiq around the pool area, they are Amazing Guys 👏 with fabulous customer service. Always a welcoming smile 😊 and nothing is too much trouble for them. I was ill when I was there, and they made me feel a lot better with there caring attitude. I would also like to mention Janak and Akash these guys at the pool area had great customer service with a lovely friendly approach. Sajeesh and Rafiq have a fabulous team. Keep up the good work !!!!!!!!! My Son Michael and his partner said everyone round the pool were fantastic and helpful. Ausman was the doorman he was so polite and friendly always had a great smile for us. He was so helpful. And couldn’t do enough for us. 👏 we had a slight problem with our room Miss Fion one of the managers listened to our problem, and changed our room immediately. She made us feel so welcome and had a lovely professional attitude. Such a lovely Lady. Well done Miss Fion 🙏. I can not forget Ruby in the coffee shop !!! A lovely friendly young lady. With a welcoming smile. We can’t wait to come back in 2025. Thankyou. To All 🙏👏👏👏

The food is absolutely delicious, one of the best Lebanese food we had. The service is amazing, especially Saber was of great help. We also loved the setting, very romantic, with life music and amazing lighting. One day we also took our 2 years old son and it was perfect, food was fast and they were very attentive. They even have a kids menu.
