Very nice food and service by Ameen and Bivek. Best service and very kind staff. The food was delicious. We liked the ambious and the Restaurant and especially the smell of the roses. Ameen welcomed us very friendly and kind. Great job. Perfect service from Bivek, all the wishes were fullfilled. Thank you so very much for this experience. We will be back soon.

Celebrating Valentine's Day at Royal Rose AUH was an unforgettable experience, thanks to GM Sodki's leadership as well as to a good friend Lean from City Seasons Hotel Al Hamra for recommending this wonderful property. Though the exterior may seem a bit rusty, the interior reveals elegance and charm. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and accommodated by Mega at the reception who went above and beyond to ensure my stay started perfectly. She even arranged a delightful welcome platter that consists of freshly sliced fruits and an assortment of sweets; a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly special. Not to mention, there was a personalized welcome letter addressed to me on the table which added an extra touch of warmth to my arrival. Furthermore, Ahad from the concierge and Stiak from the housekeeping provided exceptional service ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In the evening, we had our dinner at Barocco Italiano Cucina was a highlight with Hirushika and F&B Supervisir Devi attending our needs. The exquisite dishes prepped by Chef James along with the romantic atmosphere made the evening indeed noteworthy. I also appreciate the DM Prince for checking in on us, and while there are a few areas for improvement, they did not overshadow my overall great experience. 🙏😍 I highly recommend Royal Rose AUH for anyone seeking royal treatment and top-notch service. 👍👍 Thanks a bunch to the entire team especially to GM Sodki for making Valentine's Day so special. 💕

Hotel is great overall. Service most of all was great. Sandeepa in the executive lounge treated myself and my wife extremely well. The staff by the pool and breakfast was amazing as well! Hotel is not the most modern, but clean and high quality. Very reasonable pricing for F&B
