TERRIBLE SERVICE AND VERY TIRED HOTEL
DO NOT RECOMMEND!! This is a terrible hotel with awful senior management and incredibly bad service. Restaurants There is only one restaurant aside from the main buffet. The food is sub par across the board. Staff Service Staff are lazy and make faces for very basic requests. They will not even adhere to basic requests. Rooms Tired rooms that smell of damp, not 5* quality at all. They are in dire need of renovation. Management They lie and are not friendly. We didn't have our half board package and management said they would refund it (we have written proof of this). We then ate out instead and didn't use our half board package at all and then management refused to refund us at the end of the stay!!!! The hotel in general is very quiet, low occupancy, and I am not surprised why after staying there. I am shocked at this hotel -- DO NOT STAY HERE.

Perfect
Simply being in this hotel is an experience itself, spectacular indoors as well as picturesque swimming pool and canals all around the building. Not to mention the restaurant, the quality of the food and its wide range. The whole team was tactful and friendly, big thanks to Giamal and concierges who made us feel so welcoming and at peace.

Even if i was here for work, i totally Enjoy it. Very good service from Gamal, from the reception. Very good customer service . The hotel is amazing and all the stuff very professional. I would definatly recommend this hotel for business or vacations. Great experience.

Excellent hotel and service
Very good hotel with excellent service. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Wonderfull breakfast with very different taste. Location with nice view and relaxing. Interesting market (souk). Very good assistance provided by mr. Gyam at the concierge.

Amazing stay
Amazing stay at Shangri La. Staff very kind, good customer service especially Gamal, he was very attentive to our stay. Rooms big and comfortable. I will definitely come back. The view was the best. Every room has a balcony. The breakfast had a great variety from salti to sweet
