Perfect 5-star stay!
My fiancée and I stayed here for 3 nights and it's been the best hotel we've experienced. All staff are accomodating and helpful. Perfect cleanliness of the room thanks to the housekeepers who are also helpful. Shoutout to Abdul and Nagarjuna who made the birthday present and flowers to my fiancée when we came back to the room. Location and vibe feels so luxurious. Balcony has a view of the beach and grand mosque too. Worth the visit!

Resident review
I've been staying at Shangri-la Residence for three months and it's been a pleasant experience so far. Not only the facilities are generally great, but the staff is also friendly and helpful. I've faced small issues with unit since I've checked in, and all the issues were promptly addressed by the competent team. The fact that you have a small mall with shops, restaurants, bars and even a small market is also great.

The dry clean is superb, good price, and the service is very friendly… specially Tharusika… she is so nice, chatty, understanding n good listener too. They did hand wash n steam my sequined dresses also. They are clean n tidy. Best wishes to Shangrila QARYAT Al Berry Abu Dhabi.
