The hotel is impressive, but the staff was amazing. We wish we spent more time getting to know this beautiful city. Thank you Jose, Michelle and to the rest of the team for an unforgettable experience. The upgrade to the Presidential suite was, well, a dream!

Was staying in room 152 the room has nice view, the f&b and concierge team are one of the nicest i dealt with in multiple hotels, the Moroccan door lady at the FO i unfortunately forgot her name but she is super super sweet and made our stay elevated, thank you
