About the Hotel

A happy face at the laundry service
This is a special mention to Tharushika who works at the Shanghai-La laundry service in the Souk. She is there every weekend to take my dry cleaning requests with a happy face. Just a small but important example of the excellent staff at the hotel.

The Laundry in Qaryat Al Berry
I has been to this place for 6 months, laundry, dry cleaning or even hand wash our clothes and always satisfied… very clean, tidy and organized. The price is also reasonable… very friendly people who works there… Fahem, Tharushika , Kiran, and the manager from Indonesia Mr Herbin. Wonderful people with wonderful works. 👍👍👍

Just arrived on honeymoon. Our room was beautifully decorated by Poashant, Hasim & Suna (hope I have spelt their names correctly) Lovely to meet people from India & Nepal who took such pride in their work. The celebration cake, fruit and pastries were also a lovely touch.
