Could be better

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 months ago

Small sandy beach, small sea swimming area, from early morning the swimming area in the sea is surrounded by boats and jet skis, because of this the water and air are dirty because of the fuel and its smell. The food seemed to be varied, but we didn’t like it and weren’t impressed. The hotel is still undergoing repairs after the hurricane, the floors in the hallway are covered in lime, some of the stairs are blocked.

Good for a one time Visit

The rooms were good but bathtubs and showers show signs of being old. Parking your car cost 70 pesos per night. We only had room service on some snacks and the chips were stale. Has a very small beach area that is clean and enjoyable. The pools are very nice. No wash cloths, so if from the U.S. make sure you bring something to wash yourself, something other than your hand. The refrigerator in the room is locked so I don't really understand how you are to use it, but they come daily and unlock it and count everything to see if you are eating or drinking from it. Weird! Nice but out of the way and don't know if I will return to Acapulco. I think Cancun is better.
