I ate twice at the Mundo Pierre at TABACHIN and the hospitality, service and quality of food was excellent. The entire restaurant is very elegant and classy. The service provided by the Bartender Fernando, the waiter Alvar, and the managers Roberto and Omar was as good as any 5***** restaurant in either Chicago, New York, Toronto or Montreal. It was just that exceptional. They truly enjoy their work and it shows. This has to be one of the best restaurants in Acapulco.

I'd like to take a moment to give a major shoutout to Griselda, our fantastic server over at Pierre's Restaurant. She's absolutely phenomenal at what she does and has been incredibly accommodating. Whatever we needed, she was there with a smile, ensuring our dining experience was top-notch. Her service was exemplary and truly enhanced our meals. She certainly raised the bar for what we should expect from restaurant service. Hats off to Griselda! And Benjamin from front desk as well, his very accommodating and makes us welcome all the time.

First check in staff was very unatentive the woman concierge never smiled didnt make us feel welcome very rude there was another man who was great The food at the pool restaurant very bad the breakfast buffete totally average, the pool side food totally average Tabachines restaurant an the other side was great and manager wonderful Location very nice rooms are old but well maintained housekeeping great Its a pitty such a nice place with so poor food quality at the restaurant
