Attentive staff with fantastic accomadations.
Since 1979 I've vacationed at the Princess (except for COVID and storm damage) during many owners and management companies. Current management should be proud of the property and employees! Although it was heart breaking to see all the storm damages I must complement the hotel and its staff on miraculous progress in recreating the world class resort experience. Upon arrival we were greeted by two very friendly young women at the concierge desk (sorry I did not write their names down). Iris at the front entrance, Roberto (bellman we have known for decades), and Josepha our housekeeper for over 22 years. At Azzul, Ricardo (long time server) greeted us at breakfast along with Adrian and Angelica at dinner. Nidia, was very friendly and helpful at the Beach Club for lunch, as were Alvaro and Isabel. Out of all the places I've traveled your property stands out as the only one when every single staff member stops what they are doing, looks up and says good (time of day). We look forward to spending time at the hotel again soon

Great day visit!
We spent the day at the pools and ate at the beach club and it was absolutely wonderful. The food was fantastic. Abel, Isabel, and Rosaelba at the beach club were phenomenal. Our service was top notch and the food was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Pet friendly place
The restaurant at the Princess Hotel was fantastic. We travelled with our little dog and everyone was very cooperative with us. Mrs Nidia Alfonso walked certainly the extra mile by providing us with an special table at the restaurant and even helped to locate the pet at a special place just outside the restaurant.

Marco Antonio was very helpful and treated our family very nicely.
The food was good mostly. The carbonara was not. We were allowed late checkout which was very nice. I brought surfboards and you helped keep them safe and accommodated for them. The pool was very clean. The movie night was awesome and we could hear it very clear. The roll out bed was the nicest I have ever slept on. The towel service was great. No problems with anything. Thank you

Amazinf Dinner at Azul
The pizza was delicious. The cheese tasted like high quality cheese. I had fish and it was tasty and very well garnished. The lasagna was really good as well. The service provided by the waiter was amazing. They were very friendly and polite.
