Memorable Visit
Beautiful property and location. Excellent service. We enjoyed the delicious food. We loved the view of Taj Mahal from the balcony. Very welcoming staff. Evening Rajasthani dance performance was a bonus. So many beautiful areas to take pictures.

Awfully incompetent hotel, charged us in error and didn't refund.
Shocking hotel. Embarrassingly incompetent and utterly hopeless at resolving situations. We had booked two hotel rooms for a night here (different platforms, both cancellable). We cancelled one room and they sent an email to us confirming that the room was cancelled at no cost. They then charged us the full night's stay. I contacted them immediately (about 2 weeks ago) and they've done nothing about it. They keep saying that they're looking into it, but they've made no attempt to resolve the issue and refund me. Disgraceful for a hotel of this stature.

Wonderful hotel with absolutely top notch service. Everything about the hotel, the staff and the service was 5 stars. The location is ideal and the facilities are great. The restaurants and hospitality are all excellent. Highly recommend. One of the best hotels that I have visited. Thank you to the wonderful people who make the hotel so exceptional.

We had an incredible experience exploring the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, thanks to our amazing tour guide Kishore Gupta. From the moment we met, they were warm, professional, and full of knowledge about the rich history and culture of Agra. At the Taj Mahal, he shared fascinating details about its architecture, construction, and the beautiful love story behind its creation. At Agra Fort, they guided us through its majestic halls and intricate details, explaining its importance during the Mughal era. If you’re visiting Agra, I highly recommend Kishore to make your trip unforgettable. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made all the difference!

Unforgettable experience
IMPECABLE! Excellent service, outstanding staff, amazing Taj Mahal view from the room. The hotel location is great. The restaurants offer a wide variety of both local and traditional Indian or international food of the best quality. Highly recommendable!
