A Beautiful Hotel

We recently stayed at this beautiful hotel for two nights as part of our tour of northern India. The hotel is stunning and in a prime position. Our room overlooked the stunning Taj Majal, which was under a ten minute walk away. Food was excellent, as was the service. All staff very helpful and courteous. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Absolutely beautiful setting with views of the Taj Mahal. Great sized rooms and elegant bathrooms with all amenities. The staff aim to provide exceptional levels of service and succeed 99% of the time. The dining areas are equal to the rest of the hotel and again strive hard to over achieve. We loved our stay.

The cheerful and warm hospitality shown by welcome staff(Pawfen), office manager(Kelvin), SPA masseuse (Sonam), restaurant staff, housekeeping manager, and every staff I encountered was the major reason for the highest score. Their professionalism is greatly appreciated. Especially, the housekeeping provided eyeglass pouch and lens cleaner just by observing my needs; that was way above and beyond their duties! One other key reason was the well appointed and super clean SPA treatment facility and the skillful masseuse that made my massage sessions so relaxing and enjoyable! Also, the hotel provided golf cart ride to the Taj Mahal East Gate entrance and had guard stationed nearby waiting for our return so he could call the cart back; even though it was just very short walk but If’s just the thoughtfulness that made this hotel special to me.
