The resort is absolutely beautiful, staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. They have several resteraunts and all are wonderful. Our stay was in late October so we didn’t enjoy weather to allow use of the pools but the resort has several pools and all are beautiful. They have a nice shopping area as well to enjoy.

The hotel is classically beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of space and lovely gardens. The four restaurants we experienced delivered thought-out menus with quality seasonal ingredients and fantastic service. There is a nice indoor/outdoor pool and spa set-up. The Ice room was quite an experience. Sadly, the overall stay was clouded by the feeling that Villa Vita Parc is taking every opportunity to squeeze as much money out of guests as possible. For example, c€12.50+ to watch a film (there is no opportunity via the in-room TV system to use Netflix/Disney etc), €15 for yoga, approx. c€40 to hire the paddle court, and another €25+ to hire tennis racquets. It’s excellent and fun 1- course Crazy golf is free, as are the tennis courts, but again, you need to pay to hire tennis racquets. The hotel has also installed about 8 Cabanas areas (large sunbeds and seats, perfect for families to enjoy) around the sunny side of the Palm Bar family pool, and I believe a few around the adults-only pool. I quickly discovered why no one was using them during our stay as, to my amazement, the hotel has insisted on charging 105 euros. For this, you have all-day use (useless if you turn up mid-afternoon), a bottle of wine and some fruit/water. Whilst I have no problem and often spend a similar amount of money whilst enjoying a day by the pool, I’ve never encountered a luxury hotel implementing such a scheme for guests and find it insulting/common with the theme of Villa Vita Parc monetising every opportunity. If the hotel struggles with the costs to offer and maintain their facilities, I’d recommend raising nightly prices to include/lose the dozens of mind-boggling “extras”, so guests feel they are receiving value for money v’s being considered human money machines.

Vila Vita Parc offers total relaxation and the highest level of service in a stunning garden setting with access to the beach and coastal walks. The rooms are beautiful, and are well thought out with plenty of storage. Bathrooms are spacious and and super clean. The staff are well trained and, in our experience, they were on the ball all the time, mindful of every detail. It's hard not to love this place!

Overall excellent experience. The staff were superb, the facilities immaculate, the food and drink exceptional, and the views of nature are as God intended. Every detail appeared to be tended to. I can't recommend Vila Vita Parc highly enough!

An immaculate, well run hotel where e very thing worked. The staff, from reception, to chambermaids, to waiters and waitresses were each and every one a delight to deal with. We had booked, through Booking.com, Inhad in fact tried to book by direct phone call, but was not told of ability to cancel up to 3 days before arrival, and as I am 92 and wife 85 did not want to tempt providence in case of not being well, and booking .com made it clear we could cancel if necessary. We did make known our age and that we would like a view of the sea, so booked a rooftop exterior, but were not told of all the steps to climb to reach it ! So declined that room, were offered another, being less cost we were offered a financial adjustment. Told that would come from booking.com…Will check. The room was well lit, spacious, but bath away from wall with out support handles, so had to rely on shower, which not too happy about, and it was quite a walk to restaurants..yes I know buggy available, but think next time Main building or Ocean Residence more suitable should have been warned ! Breakfast terrific, great range of cheeses, and great view. Adagio Restaurant not good..55 minute wait for first course, and place dark. Gardinio restaurant also bad..Ravioli cold, had to be sent back. BUT Bela Vita Brasserie excellent, great spring rolls and tuna tartare. Japanese Restarant…best ever, great staff, useful advice. Terrific Ocean also terrific, wonderfully presented Dover Sole, and Lamb. Whale also very good. Another good thing..lots and lots of loungers, no one reserving them ! And lovely white chairs near the outside bar near the Japanese Restaurant. Excellent that other guests were nice and quiet…no tattoos or horrid T shirts ! Just one gripe..I ordered taxi on orrival through Bookin.com 38 Euros, but the return, booked through hotel, Was asked did I want taxi or exec limo, I asked for taxi, it was an ordinary small car, but she charged 103 Euros ? No..another complaint !…the TV nice and clear, but just one English programme…Sky News, I know my other favourite hotel in Med provides BBC 1 , BBC 2 and ITV..that’s the Castillo Son Vida in Palma.
