Wonderful Memories
Our second visit and we hope there will be more in the future, health permitting. We appreciated the terrace that allowed us a beautiful garden view and the sound of the sea, and the chance to catch the sun. The kindness of all staff was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable. Walks in the grounds were pleasant especially at dusk when the Christmas decorations and lighting in the grounds were out of this world. Room service was efficient and pleasant with fresh flowers every day. V life shop staff went above and beyond especially at the jewellers TC. We have lovely memories and may be able to return next spring.

Wonderful Hotel
Fantastic few days at this amazing hotel .Five stars all the way ,their attention to detail is first class.Great breakfasts sitting out on the terrace overlooking the immaculate grounds .Lovely Cosy lounge for evening time ,with great live music on Friday evening. Only downside was a lot of the restaurants on the resort were closed but this is understandable as it’s off season .We will definitely be back

Honeymoon Bliss
Easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I came for a week in July for my honeymoon and felt like the most important person at the resort (it’s clear they make everyone feel like that). We had a couple special requests and the concierge went above and beyond in fulfilling them. Additionally, the staff and food at the restaurants are mind blowing! We especially loved Mizu Teppanyaki, Whale Restaurant, and Cafe Bica. The pools had the perfect amount of variety in activity, so you could choose what kind of vibe you wanted depending on the day. Everything about this hotel is worth every penny. If you want to be completely taken care of, go here!

The Resort that Understood High Quality and Valued Their Guests
A last minute booking following a cancellation of a holiday resulted in us staying in this this amazing resort. Their international and well trained staff, quality of food and service and the beautiful landscape of the resort gave us a most relaxing holiday. I highly recommend this resort and no doubt we will be back!

Great service
Me and my friend had a great experience. The staff has been super friendly and very accomodating. We arrived early on our first day and even got the chance to join the last minutes of the very rich breakfast-buffet, finding afterwards our room already ready for an early check-in. A perfect start in our stay there. Overall, the service was very attentive and unobtrusive.
