Conrad Algarve

Having visited Conrad since the day it opened and sometimes 5 times a year or several times a year ,what makes me keep returning ! It has the wow factor always spotless ! The service ,the staff ,the choice of pools and dining on the resort and amazing breakfast and nothing is to much trouble for any staff ,it is a joy to be spending time relaxing while staff can’t do enough for you ,They even have lovely Maha that will do all dining reservations and explain the menus tell you what’s best to visit ,what’s new and always smiling such an asset for the Conrad Algarve it is always like 7 star service ,all the breakfast staff are a joy and all work so hard but always have the time to make sure to ask you how was day etc .The spa is amazing too ,rooms so modern and fresh with amazing products .You have everything on the resort but also lots of fine restaurants near by too .

This was our second trip to Portugal, but it was our first trip to the Algarve. We prefer smaller luxury hotels, but the reviews for the Conrad convinced us to try this resort. From the moment that we arrived, we knew that we had made the right choice. We received a genuinely warm and friendly welcome from everyone, and we especially enjoyed the fresh-squeezed orange juice as a welcome drink. Our room was exactly as described on-line and spotlessly clean. This hotel had the best shower and loads of hot water (truly the finest during 15 days in Spain and Portugal). Views were really excellent, but the food is what puts this hotel over the top for us. The breakfast buffet is top-notch and had a perfect omelet and gorgeous fresh fruit. For the gentleman celebrating his 70th birthday with this special trip to Costa Del Sol and the Algarve, our dinner at Gusto was everything that we expect from a Michelin-star restaurant. But more than the outstanding cuisine with exceptional presentation and ingredients that were perfectly prepared, we were truly impressed with the service from everyone at Gusto, especially the Sommelier. He was extremely attentive to detail, and yet he was so approachable, that we can't wait to return for a longer stay and another dinner at Gusto to get his advice and recommendations. This is a full-service resort that treats you like a boutique luxury hotel. Absolutely world-class in every respect!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Conrad. I was just as impressed as the first time we stayed. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful from the minute you walk through the doors. The reception staff go above and beyond to help you and really make you feel welcome. The pool area is fantastic with a huge infinity pool. As we had free access to the spa through Hilton Honours we tended to use that pool the majority of the time as it was a lot quieter. The rooms are lovely and modern with plenty of space. We were so sad to leave and can't wait to come back again.

I loved everything about conrad algarve the rokm was fantastic even if you dont likd showers you would love the bath to relax with a tv in where the bath is the bed so relaxing great pillows the staff was great we loved the pool gym the only thing was you have to pay for the spa and they dont tell you if you drink the drinks in the small fridge you get billed for it the end of your stay otherwise it is a great place breakfast was lovely but bacon too well done also your not near the beach unless you drive or cabs wish we had longer the weather was great too thank you to everyone for welcoming us there xxx

An amazing jewel of Portugal south. The staff treated us like family from the beginning to the end. The service was impeccable and the hotel certainly knows how to treat their diamond members - received the top floor suite complimentary upgrade. A nice bottle of wine and dessert treats/fruits were waiting for us upon entering the room. The breakfast each morning was top notch with very attentive staff. The grounds with multiple pools were breathtaking. Of course, have to give credit to the staff for small touches - a mini birthday cake, chocolate covered strawberries and mimosas for my birthday. Can’t wait to come back! 11/10
