The Efes Swissotel always provides an outstanding experience while staying there. Quality rooms and delicious food come with the stay. On our recent overnight there I accidentally forgot my Bluetooth computer mouse on the desk. When I wrote the hotel to see if it was found by the cleaning staff, I received a reply within hours. Then Öykü Coşkun, the Housekeeping Office Coordinator, offered to ship it to me in Antalya. I received it two days later. I travel in many countries including the United States, and never have I experienced this level of professionalism and service before. The management and staff of the Swissotel need to be commended for their high level of professionalism. Great job, everyone!

In the Executive Lounge, I was met with exemplary service from an exceptional team. Melike Hanım, Tarık Bey, and Emre Bey went above and beyond, offering a level of attentiveness that made my stay all the more enjoyable. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication did not go unnoticed, and for that, I extend my deepest appreciation. Additionally, I would like to express my special thanks to Dilşat Hanım, Ecem Hanım, and Doğa Hanım for their outstanding hospitality. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made my experience even more memorable. I truly appreciate their efforts and congratulate them on their exceptional guest service. I stayed here on a working dental Vacation.. Friendly & Helpful Staff… Great facilities for working out of office and plenty of quiet places to rest between visits to and from the dentist… Quality restaurants within the hotel…and plenty of choice just walking distance from the hotel

Lovely cleaner Hafize was very sweet to check up in me in the evening to offer me water, towels etc., which just shows that the hotel really cares for the clients and makes sure that everyone is well taken care of. It is truly a good quality of service!

Great Food and Service at the Aquarium restaurant. Excellent evening with Amazing Food and perfekt recommendations and very helpful, smiling and kind service. I do renomme d to try both the fried squid and the pistatio bakalava dessert🤩 Thanks Büsra Nor for excellent service.
