Outstanding hospitality in a breathtaking, one-of-a-kind location.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The level of cleanliness was exceptional — truly beyond expectations. Housekeeping even came twice a day, which made the experience feel even more luxurious. The surroundings are simply magical, and the location is beyond this world. It’s a place that feels special from the moment you arrive. Overall, it was a truly magical experience that I will always remember.

Spa service was very unsatisfied
I had a wonderful experience at this resort overall. The environment is peaceful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The service quality is excellent, and everything was organized perfectly. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. However, my experience with the massage service was very disappointing. The therapist was using her phone multiple times during the massage, which was very unprofessional and distracting. She also did not introduce herself, which made the experience feel less personal and below standard. I hope the management will take this issue seriously and improve the service quality.

Amazing place to stay
This place is 10 out of 10, it’s perfect, delicious food, good sleep, million stars at night, great weather, i came here in April, not too cold not too hot, amazing, i just love it. Couldn’t ask for more.
