Our Habitas AlUla

Blessed and grateful for all the attention I received at the hotel. I traveled alone to discover this beautiful country full of incredible stories from the past, and I’m leaving truly happy thanks to the amazing service here. The buggy drivers who transport you around are all such wonderful people. Dante, thank you for always being so attentive. Brian and his whole pool team were on top of everything I needed 🙏. Lalit Singh, thank you and your entire bar team for all the cocktails – they were amazing, with such creative logos, wow! The restaurant service was also outstanding – every meal was delicious and the staff made me feel so well taken care of. I’m honestly left speechless. The villa where I stayed was pure paradise, with a movie-like view. I can’t forget to mention the manager, always attentive to anything I needed, and the villa cleaning team – wow, they leave the place with an incredible fragrance. Thanks to every single member of the staff!! From the restaurant to the bar, from the pool to the villa – everything was perfect. I have nothing bad to say – everything is a 10 out of 10 🙏.

Welcome process: Concierge staffs are very welcome and helpful. They took care us very well and advised the guidelines for staying. Room: We stayed at Caravan room. All facilities in room are very convenient. And please visit in winter season because the room was very hot during daytime and air conditioner cannot working against the outside temperature. Also shower water is getting warm when you are taking shower at noon. Breakfast: Our food is great and delicious. The staffs at food tent are very kind and enthusiastic. Facilities: We stayed at Caravan but we can access all facilities at Our Habitas area such as gym, pool. It very professional facilities. We are planning to visit Our Habitas Residence area next time.

Absolutely amazing stay! From start to finish everything was perfect. The service is outstanding — every staff member is genuinely kind, ready to help with any request and solves any issue promptly. We were truly impressed; we’ve honestly never experienced anything like this before. We stayed at the Celestial Villa and it was fantastic — spacious, spotless and beautifully designed. We highly recommend it! The food at TAMA Restaurant was outstanding as well — we especially loved the breakfasts, which were simply exceptional. We also spent time at the Caravans area — it’s stunning, cozy and with the same top-level service. We’re already looking forward to coming back 😍

Very beautiful resort. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hassan the lifeguard was especially friendly and accommodating, making our pool experience excellent. Traveling with a toddler, and all the staff members made our experience an ease, a perfect family vacation thanks to every member of habitatas! The chefs were also very accommodating and made special food for my toddler. The activities and overall stay were amazing! It's definitely a must visit. Habitas for every type of traveler and I would highly recommend.

Good service . Good view. Good facilities. I love it . Also , the restaurant manager Mr Joshua is so nice and helpful and helped us to take amazing photo and video. Recommended
