About the Hotel
Located in the Northwest of Saudi Arabia, Our Habitas AlUla is nestled among an ancient oasis in a desert valley surrounded by spectacular sandstone cliffs and palm groves with pathways leading up to one of 96 guest rooms, reception, a yoga deck, wellness and fitness centers, restaurant and a swimming pool. 2026 Feb Stay
We were initially impressed the Celestial Villa was beautiful and the view was stunning, and the cleaning staff were friendly and attentive. However, our overall experience was very disappointing for a place we expected to be 5 stars. While we expected high hospitality standards. The room service was extremely slow, and on two separate occasions when we were just five minutes late for the buggy, the staff became rude. We are here to relax, not to feel pressured or criticized. The restaurant service was also slow and unprofessional. Many staff members seemed unsure how to interact courteously with guests, and some were even disrespectful. We have stayed in resorts around the world, and this is the first time we have encountered such unprofessional and unpleasant service at a place claiming high standards. One of the best parts of the trip was the stargazing experience. The night sky was absolutely breathtaking, and our instructor, Mr. Albulwi, made it even more memorable with his engaging storytelling and attractive way of explaining the stars and constellations it truly added depth and wonder to the experience and kept us captivated throughout. We hope management will train their team on how to deal with guests professionally and consistently good customer service makes a big difference.
