Our Habitas AlUla

Unfortunately, our experience at Habitas was not only disappointing, but the poorest quality of service I have ever experienced during my travels in “high end hotels”. When we arrived at 11 pm there were no rooms / Caravans available- although confirmed and paid upfront . So three couples of our group had no room at all as they overbooked! The only solution offered was a Banyan tree villa that would suit 4. The other 2 were asked to go to an Airbnb after midnight ! So we offered them, given its 12:30 am, to install extra bed in our villa in the living room . I had to organize myself the beds and it took several phone calls to get the job done. Finally, three hours after check in we could sleep! It gets better ! Next morning we were moved again to Habitas in a villa with a smelly bathroom: and we could decide to have drainage smell or not being able to sleep due to noisy van. Villa was not fully equipped either : no This is xtra blanket so freezing at night . Next morning first time we got to see the manager Mr. Amjad and he could only complain about his difficult situation and begged for my understanding. He offered a refund of the first night - and until now this has not been paid! The hotel. Will not answer to email nor has the manager Mr. Ismail called me back. During our stay of three days it was impossible to reach the manager. Next day we moved to another villa and could sleep. During the moves we had to make several calls and messages to reception to make sure the luggage is in the new room and it took one day up to 2 hours as they could not manage to find our luggage. The highlight of the hotel stay was checkout with the night shift Mr. Fahad who was friendly and professional. Conclusion: Experience of service 2/ 10 from management Desk service 4/10 friendly in general, but not helpful and very slow Cleanliness 8/10 When asked for extras in the room eg one bike - not provided Buggy service/ fast and friendly Breakfast average quality , Friendly but slow service Beautiful setting of the hotel In conclusion unfortunately a hotel I cannot recommend as it falls short of standard that one would reasonably expect .

“Amazing massage experience from start to finish! Margarita was incredibly kind and professional 🤍 I will definitely repeat it. The spa itself was excellent and worth the price, but the massage was listed as 600 SAR on the website and taxes were not clearly included, making the final amount 700 SAR at payment. However, I removed one star due to the lack of flexibility from the hotel regarding visiting the trampoline area. I was very excited to see it and was planning to book with them, but this completely changed my mind. This issue was not related to the spa, but it significantly affected my overall experience.”

An absolutely amazing experience with an incredibly relaxing atmosphere, an unforgettable experience. I had a therapist named Arnold who was incredibly professional and welcoming. Could not imagine a better experience.

i would love to share my experience in habitas , khadijha and rahaf were so helpful and and booked all activities she is so beautiful the tama restaurant is very good and the buggy hodt was so fast and good

Amazing experience! Highly recommended. Will surely be back! The restaurant staff are amazing. Shiellie and her team were awesome! Bright did a wonderful job making sure we had rides when needed. Loved the electric bikes!!
