Victoria House Resort & Spa

We had the most relaxing time at Victoria House! Everything was great; the booking process was super easy with Marshall helping us all the way. They even booked our flight tickets from Belize city to San Pedro! We stayed in a two bedroom unit as well as a hotel room accommodation and everything was great. Very comfy beds, daily service, all the amenities we needed, both accommodations had semi private pools, everything was spotlessly clean and maintained. We had our meals at the restaurant on property and it was all very delicious! I got to celebrate my big birthday while at the property and the staff set up a very unique dining space for us in a hut over the water! We can very highly recommend this property, staff, just everything was perfect! Thank you to all for making our family vacation so special and unforgettable!!

The Victoria House exceeded all of our expectations! The staff and accommodations are top notch. We were a family of 5 adults and stayed in their 3 bedroom, 3 bath house - Casa Del Sol. It was spacious and clean and charming and on the beach. The restaurant served amazing meals from breakfasts with fresh fruits and home baked breads and pastries to wonderful lunches and dinners of local seafood. The Spa was fantastic. The pools and grounds were meticulously maintained. The Victoria House arranged all travel to and from Belize City Airport as well as all of the tours we took, including fly fishing, snorkeling, sunset catamaran sail and Mayan Ruin Tour. All of the guides and tours were absolutely amazing. The very professional staff at Victoria House did an amazing job at making us feel welcome and at home! They made sure that this was the most enjoyable vacation we have had and we will return over and over again.

The casita we booked was clean and very well kept, and the air conditioner kept the room very comfortable even in the hot humid days. The staff were all extremely friendly and by the end of the trip we actually felt like they were our friends. Estevan was always so courteous and attentive as well as a good source of information about the island. Mitch got us from the airport and was also a wealth of knowledge of the best places to eat. Luis was SUPER helpful in booking excursions and made it incredibly easy to do. Having open access to the surf shop to borrow snorkels and fins was so nice, there are a few small reefs just in the water out off the resort and my wife and I were able in one search to find a Lionfish and a large starfish under the dock, as well as two yellow stingrays and a box jellyfish swimming near the reefs. The spa was amazing, Alma is a magician and worked all of the knots out of my back as well as ones I didn’t even know I had in my feet! I would absolutely come here again and hope to bring the rest of my family sometime and I hope the staff that we came to love are still there.

We had a fabulous time at Victoria House - the property is beautiful and conveniently located to all of the fun spots in San Pedro. The casitas are beautiful and the pools are even better! Amazing food, lovely staff, a truly relaxing place to spend a few days.

An amazing hotel. Superb location. Beautiful rooms with white linens and fluffy towels. Friendliest staff. Good choice of food and there is also a pub. Small gift shop. A short ride into town. Free bikes. One of the best places we have ever stayed and we will be back.
