We had a very pleasant stay, with a very helpful and friendly receptionist Joliana. Her recommendations made our visit to Amman exceptional. Very nice atmosphere and the staff were very clean and provide assistance in every possible manner.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the extremely poor service provided by your hotel, which has led to a significant financial loss and the loss of one of my most valuable clients. Coffee Break Issue: My contract explicitly included a rich coffee break, yet on both the first and second days of the event, this was not provided. As a result of this negligence, my client deducted 5,000 JOD from the final invoice, directly impacting my business. Lack of Response to Official Email: An official email was sent by Jordan Nights Events for Conferences and Events regarding the coffee break issue. Unfortunately, there was no response from your team, showing a lack of professionalism and disregard for client concerns. Lack of Conference Support & Unfulfilled Agreements: There was no proper follow-up or support from the hotel team throughout the conference. Additionally, Sales Manager, had initially agreed to a specific arrangement, which was unexpectedly canceled just four days before the event. This put me in an extremely difficult position with key stakeholders. personally assured me that everything would be handled smoothly, but unfortunately, these promises turned out to be false. Due to these failures, I will be assigning my company’s legal representative to follow up with you regarding the contract terms, financial loss, and damage to my client relationship. Legal action will be taken as necessary to address the consequences of this negligence. I expect an immediate response and a formal resolution to this matter.

This is most hospitable place when you travel your journey to Middle East. Arabs are the most generous and hospitable hosts. There generosity is seen in rich warm culture and first word I learnt “Marhaba” when I came for my breakfast by Manager Emad. He treats all the customers and staff as his family. Food is amazing with wide variety of Middle Eastern flavor. Breakfast is served with fresh squeezed orange, carrot and grapefruit juice and warm Turkish coffee/ and wide variety of coffee selection. Manager Saad always comes to greet you every morning and tell us the places to travel in Jordan and food to eat. He is a great manager and a cultural guide. Food is very fresh and of very good quality, Four Seasons keeps it mark high by hiring one of a kind staff. Who are very hospitable and service your needs. Rechel our server for our two stays before and end of the trip to Jordan did not forget how we like our coffee. Attention to small details makes this place best place to stay and dine in Jordan. It has my 10 stars out of 5 Special thanks to Ziad for making our omelets perfect with fresh middle eastern bread. Excellent service. Saleh waited upon us and was very courteous The portions were generous and the atmosphere was also good. I really really think that you should accept texts that are shorter than two hundred characters minimum as this is restricting

Everything was perfect, top notch dare I say, I’d like to mention suleiman he was extremely efficient and great I recommend him. Lovely coffee and environment definitely coming back in the next days………………………………………..,,……………………………………….
