Grand Hyatt Amman

I stayed at multiple accommodations throughout my travels in Jordan, and the Grand Hyatt Amman was by far the best. I felt very welcome by all the staff, and was greeted with a smile every time I walked past someone. The breakfast spread was great, I looked forward to that meal every morning! Do yourself a favor and stay at the Grand Hyatt Amman.

It is a classic grand Hyatt even it is build at 1999 but it is really maintained well The bath tub even is a massage tub All the service is excellent during my stay And spa environment is amazing there is very big sauna and steam room also indoor and outdoor swimming pools

Everything was great and more than expected. The breakfast was exceptionally good and the comfort in room was mire than expected. The room was quite spacious and mattress was very comfortable. Location was very good to our usual destinations and services were great.

Spent 2 nights here. Arrived at 3 am, Check in was very smooth and the front office staff were friendly polite and gave me a complimentary upgrade to Junior Suite. The suite was very spacious, quiet but it looked a bit dated and there is quite a bit of real estate wasted. It would have been nice to have USB charging ports in the room. Did find hair in the bathtub but didn't need to use it. Shower was good enough and the water pressure and temp was good. The hotel provided complimentary canapes, happy hour drinks, a generous F & B credit as part of my Hyatt Prive membership Best part was the breakfast buffet. Had some lovely Arabic and Western food which had lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Overall, the hotel is in a good location, all the staff are nice and friendly including all the restaurant staff and valet but the rooms could do with a little renovation / touch up to modernise, and extra care to be taken in maintaining cleanliness.

Excellent hotel. The breakfast is highly recommended with lots of choice and helpful staff. I also had not one, but 3, superb massages in the spa given by Chhanchhani as well as an excellent sauna and private swim in the pool. Thank you to all the team.
