This place is luxury pure. When we arrived, our car was valet parked free of charge. the receptionist was LOVELY (long brown curly hair, not sure what their name was but they were lovely!) We got an upgrade to the club floor as I am a Hyatt member (thankfully!) Our room had city view and it was stunning. The room was huge, had all the 5 star amenities you would expect. We especially loved the bathroom which had both a tub and a shower in the same part (separated from the main bathroom via a glass door.) All staff were lovely at all times, smiley, greeting you. Breakfast was absolutely phenomenal with a huge choice of both Western and Near East/Middle East delicacies. They have staff for every section (one cutting fruit for fruit platters, one responsible for pastries alone.) The shots at the start (juices) were amazing. I cannot praise this place enough!

We had a great stay at this hotel in Amman! Pros: • clean room • nice linens and towels • great shower pressure • pretty good breakfast buffet • very friendly and helpful staff • great location, which is a 30-45 minute walk to Rainbow Street and several convenience stores and pharmacies were a short walk away • everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and we felt safe walking around at night Cons: • the mattress was hard as a rock • the room service was expensive • people smoked cigarettes in the lobby (I’m not sure if they were allowed to, but there tons of smokers in Jordan)

Great stay, lovely hotel. Excellent breakfast. Staff all very helpful. Location is close enough to sites of Amman and restaurants. We used Uber which was very cheap. Only real shame is the security issues in the region now that would prevent a return.

Staff are excellent. Helpful when checking in to when I got sick. They want to help in every way they can. Rooms are clean and large.Breakfast buffet is good. Could pay attention to restocking quicker. That being said I would stay here again.

Great hotel, nice spacious rooms, classical and genuine hospitality, especially Mr. Mahmoud Amera was very helpful! I stayed here for one night only so could not test all the amenities. I would recommend this hotel when you’re visiting Amman.
