Grand Hyatt Amman

Large bathroom with nice amenities. The shower did not leak onto the main bathroom floor and had both a tub and a separate shower. Very comfortable bed and good lighting with reading light for each bed. Wonderful city view. Very quiet room as we never heard any noise. Excellent level of cleanliness. Breakfast buffet was fabulous with so many international choices. Bar area had plenty of seating and groupings. The staff was very attentive and quick.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by your staff, who made sure I felt comfortable and at home. The attention to detail in every aspect of the stay, from the cleanliness of the room to the quality of service, truly exceeded my expectations.

Outstanding stay at a beautiful property. Staff went above and beyond to make our time memorable as we were celebrating a birthday. Room was so comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Happy hour was a treat. Food at The Lombard was delicious.

I stayed at multiple accommodations throughout my travels in Jordan, and the Grand Hyatt Amman was by far the best. I felt very welcome by all the staff, and was greeted with a smile every time I walked past someone. The breakfast spread was great, I looked forward to that meal every morning! Do yourself a favor and stay at the Grand Hyatt Amman.

It is a classic grand Hyatt even it is build at 1999 but it is really maintained well The bath tub even is a massage tub All the service is excellent during my stay And spa environment is amazing there is very big sauna and steam room also indoor and outdoor swimming pools
