Fantastic stay, tip: We made the right choice of upgrading the room to the villas at the village, highly recommended as it is much better than the main building, you get a semi private pool and much larger and nicer room, and very close to the beach ! This was the recommendation at the reception and I'm glad i did it, the staff are extremely nice and welcoming 🙏

It’s my first time in Jordan, and Kempinski is renowned for its authenticity and exceptional service. A heartfelt thank you to the incredible team: Mohamed from Butler Service, Raad at Reception, Manisha and Vinod from the SPA, Jonna and Diana from Housekeeping, the amazing Khaled and Chef Abo Elias at Rehana Restaurant, Yahia with his lovely smile from the breakfast team, and the young chef at the omelette station, Sohaib, Omar, Laith, and last but not least, Khalid the driver. Khalid’s extensive knowledge, warm welcome, and kindness truly made our stay unforgettable. Please forgive me if I missed any names 🙏🏼. The property is beautiful, breathtaking, and luxurious, but it’s the people who truly make the experience exceptional. I will definitely return again and again

Rather mediocre. Hotel obviously suffers from weak management and untrained staff. This, when coupled with the Kempinski brand which has inconsistent standards, makes for a second rate hotel. An overcooked main course in the restaurant, a room in which the heating did not work and was cold, a mattress which needs replacing and was uncomfortable, and a duvet which had been incorrectly cleaned and has become lumpy, are some of the highlights of my stay. The hotel is also expansive and electric buggies were required to go between, for example, the restaurant and the bedroom but the electric buggy system is chaotic. I waited on two occasions for more than 20 minutes for the vehicle to arrive. The hotel cannot be classed as more the three and a half stars. The General Manager needs retraining and should avail himself of re-education at Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental where he would learn how to have attention to detail.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. You feel like you’re in an exclusive upscale resort with beautiful architecture, landscape, and of course, the view of the Dead Sea. The food at the Rehan restaurant was excellent as was their service. Thank you Hani for being so welcoming. Please, please, please, do not hesitate to visit Jordan. It’s such a beautiful country. I felt so safe and welcomed here. The people are just so lovely and warm.
