Best Hotel in Jordan period.
Been a guest for over 16 years. Best service money can buy. Starting from check in, to house keeping and their customer service is way above par. I don't want to forget their awsome breakfast and comfortable clean rooms (cloud 9). The staff is very kid friendly, and they accommodate elderly guest as if they were their own mothers.

Desiree was so lovely!!! What a great spa experience and massage. My family and I enjoyed this vacation so much. The spa facilities were so Beatiful as well as the Dead Sea and the people are so incredibly welcoming and nice here !! Thank you so so much.

Special thanks for saed and anas and odai for the outstanding service and of course Ivan the hotel face .. and the cleaning service by the lazy pool was amazing.. I am a frequent visitor ...before the service was poor but now it's very good thank you

Relaxing Family Getaway
Great luxury experience with Family I was working half the day , nice quiet space up in the Ishtar Lobby to do some work . Wife and kids enjoyed the facilities . Favourite spot in the deadsea & jordan Staff very friendly and accommodating, making sure all is well or checking if you need anything. - pools - staff - kids club - one of the Best sunsets in the world - looking over pool and deadsea across to Palestine - nice spa treatment (spa needs a bit of a facelift though) - Shout out to staff - Ivan and Princess
