It was a wonderful stay and the service was excellent specially the Cleaning guys Mohammad Ibrahim and Awni Al Nawasra from Housekeeping. They take care for everything during our stay Mohammad odeh housekeeping supervisor was so kind and friendly and doing his job very well.

Exceptional stay at Kempinski Hotel! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the spa facilities were amazing - perfect for relaxation. But the highlight of my stay was the incredible dining experience at Akkad restaurant. The staff, led by Restaurant Manager Anas Al Shatti and Saleh, provided top-notch service with a personal touch. Delicious food and drinks, beautifully presented. Highly recommended!

AMAZING!!!!! Wow!! The hotel, the service… everything. This is the place to be. Anas is fantastic! The staff are great and they have many restaurants. I went with my wife and her parents, they really enjoyed. The service is top notch… I would come again and again (that’s what she said)

The hospitality is everything here. The staff went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued. the front desk was always available to assist with any inquiries. room was a perfect blend of comfort and functionality. Fast room service and hospitality checking and helping. the bathroom was luxurious, The view was also stunning. Leisure and Dining is an other story, the breakfast more then amazing, while the lebanese restaurant was perfect with Abou Elias Chef , and Mr. RAMI from Lebanon were forming an amazing team and creating a great musical unforgettable atmosphere arround. The room service and Mr. IVAN from Philippines is amazing helping in several way to ensure a high standard hospitality.. We had a business meeting everything was perfectly prepared .. coffee break was stunning with high level of hospitality .. Highlyyyy recommended 👌 i loved the stay
