Discover the Hilton Amsterdam hotel, famous for John Lennon and Yoko Ono's 1969 ‘bed-in for peace' and Hilton's first hotel in the Netherlands. This iconic hotel was famously built on the baseline of Plan Zuid, a district designed by prominent architect Berlage, which highlights the Amsterdam School of architecture and contains boutiques, designer shops and couture houses, in addition to being within walking distance of world-renowned Museum Square.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton. They constantly went out of their way to accommodate us. We were able to view the John Lennon/Yoko Ono suite when it wasn’t occupied. There were a couple other things we inquired about and they always did whatever possible to assist. Food is great, the room was great, and the staff is fantastic!

I visited the Hilton for a large business meeting. The staff was a pleasure to work with. The meeting facilities and catering were excellent. The location is perfect and the hotel is situated along a canal, which offers a very relaxing atmosphere after a day of meetings.

An all-round successful stay. The hotel is very well run, all the staff are friendly, quick and efficient - especially at breakfast: I have rarely experienced such attentive service. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The original charm of the hotel has been well preserved, while the furnishings are in impeccable condition. The view of the canal is marvellous. And the location of the hotel is perfect. Quiet neighbourhood, great shops and restaurants. To be honest, it's nicer than the city centre - which can be reached quickly. Spectacularly beautiful executive lounge. We'd love to stay here again!

We spent a few days here this week and were very pleased. First, the warm welcome in our arrival from Lotte and the lovely man working with her gave us the best impression of the hotel. The Executive Lounge is not the largest or even most impressive that we’ve encountered, BUT, it was very nice with a good choice of snacks and beverages and from 5-7 pm a nice happy hour with assorted charcuterie and canapés. What makes this lounge special was Bruni. She was a delight, not only was she very attentive, professional and efficient but she was warm and personable. Our room was upgraded as we are diamond members and it was well appointed and clean. Breakfast downstairs in the restaurant had a very warm and friendly receptionist, she set the tone as soon as we walked in the door. Our servers, Asia and Gatrick were wonderful and made the experience even better. Our only issue was the room was warm, (as are ALL European hotels this time of year) but we could open our balcony and enjoy the beautiful weather, and the hotel quickly provided us with a fan. I would 100% recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again.

Once again, I found myself at this amazing hotel, and it did not disappoint. This time, I stayed on the 6th floor, enjoying a lovely skyline view. The room was quiet, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was a delight, made even better by a warm welcome from the hostess, whose name I, unfortunately, can't recall. It was wonderful to see familiar faces alongside new ones. A huge thank you to the staff for their kindness and professionalism—especially Lotte (Reception), Hari, Valeria, Anna, Nico, Roberto, Raymond, Rafael, and Pietro. Their attentiveness made my stay even more enjoyable. Looking forward to returning!
