Had a fabulous time! Bruna was so helpful, always smiling and nothing was a bother and indeed went beyond. Would always recommend as a great experience The staff are great and throughly recommend. It is a little away from usual Amsterdam sights yet public transport easy

Great staff and service at a solid property

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

Spent two nights here. Was upgraded on my arrival to a king suite. Was happy with the size and cleanliness of the room. Staff was very polite. Breakfast was typical Hilton fare and quite good. Also accessed the gym which is privately run, and it was better than most hotel gyms. A very good Hilton property with good service and friendly staff. Would absolutely use this as a base again to explore Amsterdam.

Excellent stay.

We have just returned from a 5 night stay with friends at this lovely hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, we were on the 6th floor having been upgraded to Executive status; this afforded us access to the Executive lounge where a good range of drinks and light snacks were available free of charge. A lovely view from there, particularly at night. Breakfast was excellent but a particular highlight was Llaria, a charming and delightful member of staff who took the trouble to remember our breakfast orders every morning, every day it was raining and grey but she was a ray of sunshine. All the staff we came into contact with were polite and helpful. The cleaning staff were excellent and our room and bathroom were left in immaculate order. The hotel is about twenty minutes outside of the city centre and in an upmarket area, it reminded us of Notting Hill ! We would return to this hotel if and when we return and can unreservedly recommend it to future travellers.

Comfortable and stylish with a riverside garden retreat.

An extremely comfortable stay at the Hilton. In a relaxing area, easy to park. We particularly liked the lovely high room with a view right across the central canal area to the north. The gardens that extended down to the canal was a delight to sit in during the day and evening and enjoy a snack and a drink. Part of our 25th wedding anniversary treat, which made it even more special. A easy taxi drive in to the central canal belt for a romantic canal side meal was organised with ease. Just lovely in all areas.

Excellent

This hotel was excellent, would definitely stay again. Clean, quiet and very well run. The breakfast is extensive for hot and cold food. The staff are very helpful in giving information on the city, directions etc. It's only a 15 minute walk to the Van Gogh museum. Probably one of the best hotels we've stayed in.
