Reviews for Hilton Amsterdam

Recent stay with a friend

The hotel acknowledged my diamond status with an early check in, upgrade to junior suite and Prosecco and a cake as it was a trip for my birthday Staff were very friendly and helpful The only slight downside is that the main breakfast is slightly lacking in options and the rooms could do with an refurb in the next 2 years

Fantastic Hilton Property

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

This was the third time I have stayed at this hotel and it may be my favorite Hilton property I have stayed at. The location is great, in my opinion, in a quiet neighborhood of Amsterdam with beautiful houses and cute, quiet streets. It's not too far from trams to take you closer to the center. In the summer it is a nice 20 min walk to Amsterdam Zuid and the Museum district. The downstairs and outdoor lounge is great with fantastic drinks and ambiance right on the canal. High-floor, canal-facing rooms have a breathtaking view of the city.

Amazing Hilton hotel, beautiful, clean rooms, Fantastic helpful staff. Second trip never disappointed, had a little issue with the heat. Staff immediately rectified it with two portable heaters and two devices and we were comfortable for the whole stay thank you Gabrielle for taking care of everything and to your staff at Roberto‘s restaurant, housekeeping, and everyone that made our anniversary special.

Museum located fairly close! Central City not so much!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

Hotel location,is good for the museums(main ones). Grand canal is a15 eruro ride one way,and would be quite a hike.Breakfast buffet is good, not great and service is lacking. The club lounge is basically unattended during the day, cocktail hour is from 5-7 pm,lounge closes at 8:00 pm.After recently staying at a Ritz, this whole experience leaves me a bit disappointed.

We just had a fantastic experience in the Hilton Executive Lounge. Bruna has been amazing. Very attentive and super friendly and just a great person. Thanks for looking after us this evening and making us feel so special. Deserves a pay rise
