Starts with a most friendly Welcome by the doormen, after a good night sleep you will have the best Breakfast ever !!

Forceful doorman pushed into hotel taxi in the front of the hotel
Everything was great indeed. Except the doorman in the front door lied about the hotel taxi is on meter and I am not even sure if that was from the hotel as the taxi receipt company name is taxi go go. I have read many review complaining about the same issue

Amazing stay and pleasant.
The hotel gave us a great chance to explore amsterdam for the flowing reason. 1- the location was great it was near the main shopping street. Great restaurants within walking distance .the central train station is within walking distance . So the hotel is centrally located . 2- the hotel treat us as princess from arrival to departure. 3- the breakfast was amazing the variety of the food and the taste and quality of it was one of a kind. 4- the staff of the hotel all speak english so the conversation was very easy.thy are so kind and helpful. They provided everything we need during our stay. The concierge was very grate and provided all what we need. The luggage captains were very helpful and fast in handling our luggage. 5- we visited the hotel spa and gym and they were amazing . 6- the value for money was excellent.

Absolutely amazing!
Best hotel I have ever stayed in and couldn’t fault a thing. The staff, the rooms, the decor, the service and the breakfast are all fantastic. Brilliant location. Lots of little extras like robes and slippers in the room, cookies on arrival and souvenirs on departure. Would definitely recommend this hotel.!!!
