NH Collection Amsterdam Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky

Amsterdam was my Wife and I's first stop on our European Trip. This hotel was amazing all around, great service, great food, great rooms. I was very impressed. I had contacted the hotel prior to our arrival and informed them we were celebrating my Wife's 40th birthday. They provided me information for a celebration package, which turned out great! The cake was so good. In the lobby, they will occasionally have complimentary hot chocolate which was very good on a cold day. The real star though was the infused water they provide free everyday in the lobby. There was always a different flavor and it was so refreshing after a day of walking. The breakfast buffet was really good, better than most restaurants. I'm still thinking of the fresh squeezed orange juice. The staff was very friendly throughout the hotel. We can't wait to go back someday.

Wonderful hotel. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful from the front door to the spa to the concierge. Every single person made an effort to make us feel at home. The breakfasts were amazing. Spa was a lovely respite. Bed was very comfortable (though could use some better pillows!) and the room was well laid out, spacious and stocked with what we needed to feel at home. We LOVED the big bathtub. The bathroom could use a little better lighting for the ladies to do any make up/close ups as the small side mirror barely lit and the overhead lighting was far too dim. Otherwise, the perfect stay. Great location. Would highly recommend.

Came with my boyfriend for valentines weekend and the hotel was beyond exceptional, from the polite and helpful staff to the little touches in the room, you literally can NOT fault this hotel or their staff, will only ever stay here in Amsterdam!
