Sugar Mill Hotel

This is our 8th or 9th visit to the Sugar Mill. We absolutely love this place and will be back again next year. Amazing food, great service, great accommodations. The perfect place to relax. We adore Rupert and Andrea (the managers) and the amazing owners (Dennis and Mary). The staff are superb. All in all, a fantastic experience.

We just completed our 7th extended stay and definately look forward to our eighth! We've stayed all thruout the Carribean and keep coming back here for all the important reasons. If you want unsurpassed natural beauty, fine, yet relaxed and unpretentious dining, a well managed place staffed by great people and an unbeatable value especially when going all-inclusive look no further. Andrea and Rupert keep everything running smoothly. The on-site chef Bernard has years of expertise creating high quality cuisine. And if you want to buy a villa they'll sell you one. What else could you ask for?

Such a sweet, and comfortable spot. The place is small so you really get to know the owners and other guests. Spending time at the beach bar, the pool, restaurant, or just in our room, it was all very relaxing. The food was delicious and the menu has something for everyone. We were there a week and didn't eat the same thing twice. Would highly recommend the island tour with Rupert. He takes you to all the hidden spots. The massage with Margorie was fantastic. The staff is very friendly.

Hotel is ideally set near Apple Bay, with stunning views across to Jost Van Dyke. Booked a 2 night stay to have a complete winddown and the hotel did not disappoint with the quality of the rooms and the exceptional quality of the restaurant. All staff make guests most welcome to make guests feel at ease. We shall return !

A true gem in Tortola. Great staff and hospitality as you wish you would find anywhere in the world. They know how to assist you, even with kids and tell you where the best spots are for your party's interest. They were super helpful in assisting my daughter's Charlotte questions and went above and beyond in finding her solution. Thank you so much for being such a great place.
