We stayed two nights in a Brass room and we were three adults and two children. The room was excellent. The architecture and the hotel facilities is very nice. Great location on a mountain top with great view and supreme access to the nature, all year around. The personal and service was great all over. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a great 2 nights stay in a Zinc apartement, a apartement with a good size for us, a family of 5. The view was amazing from the room. Very good beds, and nicely decorated. The Hotel is calm and quiet. The spaarea with the pool is also a good relaxing place. I thank they could have included the admision fee to the poolarea in the room, also for admissions after 10 am. The servicestaff was very friendly, helpful and servicemineded. We had a great stay!

First choice for Åre skiing experience. Everything you could need or want is right here, with an astonishingly great staff in every department. Rooms were great, food, bar, architecture, spa, SkiStar shop, every detail is perfect! The fitness room, the gift shop offerings, friendliness and knowledge of every single employee we met, it was a perfect experience.

I was amazed by the service minded staff and the cozy and luxury interior design of the hotel. Loved it. Slept like a child all week! We (me and my two sons age 11 and 15) stayed week 9 in Magnesium room on 6th floor, a smart and spacious room with two separate bedrooms and a kitchenette. I am traveling a lot for work mostly in the US and Asia and Copperhill stood out thanks to the staff and generousity where you made us feel at home immediately on arrival welcoming us to the breakfast buffet and spa as we arrived early morning before checkin and rooms being available. Thanks for room service and free choices of meals (thanks a lot Björn!) after my son broke his collar bone skiiing. Fantastic week (despite injury thanks to u) we will be back! Thanks /Jenny, Jack & Charlie

Wonderful week stay at Copperhill. The hotel is an architectural wonder, the cavernous lobby take your breath away. We stayed in a Brass Suite and loved it - although we forgot about the PS4 being included and didn't bring any games! Staff were fabulous - everyone from the cleaning teams to the front desk were friendly and helpful. We didn't have any Spa treatments, but the Spa itself is very smart and has everything you need - good sized swimming pool, two saunas and an outside hot tub. Ski in/out is a valuable addition, although the green slope down can get very windy and icy. However if you can avoid that run by using the free shuttle to base of the main ski area. Really useful to have the ski hire shop in the basement. Heated lockets for your ski equipment too. Made use to the games room a couple of times - nice that the pool, table tennis and table football are all free. Food was very good - both for breakfast and evening meals. Only one minor negative comment - the top cupboards in the kitchenette are the same width as the bottom cupboards. I'm not sure if that is a Swedish thing, or they are that wide so they can accommodate the microwave. But in the UK the top cupboards are always narrower than the bottom cupboards. Why is this an issue - because every time I would make a brew or wash-up, I'd forget about their width and whack my head into one of the top cupboards! Haha not really a complaint, just a warning not to be as stupid as me. Hopefully be back one day - fantastic stay.
