Rest and recovery
Our stay was lovely. We went to Cusco first and the visit was good but exhausting. Here we rested. The staff is attentive, kind, and helpful. My family really appreciated our morning server named Oscar de Lajolla. He has good English, and he was willing to help me improve my Spanish as I stumbled through my efforts to try. I really appreciated his help. When you come, be sure to vist Juanita!

Peace and quiet very near Arequipa's city centre
Costa del Sol is a high-caliber 5-star hotel suitable for both leisure contexts and business events. Ideally located, only 15 minutes walk to the city centre and far the city noise. Customer service is where the hotel staff excel. Always attentive to your request and eager to help. A special "thank you" to Marlene at the breakfast room, whose kindness helps you start the day with the right foot. If you go to Arequipa, make sure you visit the breathtaking Colca Canyon and Lagunas de Salinas. It is a MUST.

Excellent old world charm
Beautiful hotel. Large but only two floors. Large rooms, great breakfast. Staff very helpful. Lovely area around the pool. Restaurant is a bit expensive by Peru standards and bathrooms are a bit small. Otherwise all good and would definitely stay again

Best hotel from decoration, to location, to comfort and service
This hotel is beautiful. In a very centric location. Our room was very spacious, tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable pillow and bed, food was delicious and the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay very memorable.

Great hotel with excellent service
A great hotel with excellent service. We checked in on both our birthdays and when we came back from dinner in town the staff (Jorge and Jose) placed a happy birthday desert in our room. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is great with a lot of choice and the facilities are excellent and well maintained. I would definitely recommend the hotel!
