Such an amazing stay! Staff is wonderful, helpful, and very accommodating. The room was so clean and very well maintained. The nature surrounding the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend! We will be staying here again in the future.

The staff was amazingly friendly ( Gerardo, Maria Luisa, Oscar and the other ones I don’t remember their names right now) and very helpful they always went the extra mile to help and serve us, nothing else could have been expected from Peruvian people everywhere we went they are very very nice people.

Great place and great customer service. Walking distance to historic Arequipa. Fiorella and Valeria are awesome. Stayed 8 days and enjoyed every minute. I will be back with my family. Quiet, clean, family friendly. Highly recommended..

Overall, the hotel is excellent. The staff is exceptional. Daniel in the restaurant/bar always went above and beyond for us. The reception staff are fantastic, and the rooms, where it all counts, are spacious and exceptionally clean - the only drawback is that not all the rooms have air conditioning - so make sure you ask for one if you want it; otherwise, a fan that they will happily provide did the trick for us. It was a very nice stay in a great location - a 15-minute walk to Plaza de Armas, super helpful staff, an excellent restaurant and bar - on the mark and for the money, a great stay.
