Wyndham Costa del Sol Arequipa

We love our staying. All the staff was very helpful and always nice to me and family. We felt very welcomed. We recommend the breakfast buffet, it was delicious and had great local food. Very delicious! Our room was always clean thank you to Jesus.

The facilities at the hotel are very nice, jacuzzi is perfect, food is delicious and the breakfast is enough. I would like to highlight the kindness of the staff, Miguel, Jesus and Wilfredo. Jesus kept our room very clean and organized, providing us with anything we needed, towels, water… Miguel helped us to find the best food option in the restaurant, my son was delighted with the food recommendation. Wilfredo helped us with the luggage and bags always with a smile and very attentive. Our experience was the best and we will definitely come back.

We've loved staying at this beautiful and elegant hotel, located about a 15 minute walk from the city centre of Arequipa. The gardens are tranquil and it was great to see the hummingbirds and the old, resident tortoise. Breakfasts were excellent, with plenty of choice and the opportunity to sit inside or outside. But the highlight has been the staff, who are very kind and warm, and genuinely want to help us guests have the best stay possible. A special thank you from us goes to Edwin, who met us with a friendly smile at the airport to transfer us to the hotel, Jesus, our excellent room attendant who clearly takes great pride in his work, and Wilbur, who made sure we were well taken care of in the restaurant and bar. Our only issue, which isn't enough to take away any stars from this review, are the bedroom doors which when they are left to close on their own make a terrible bang. On two of our mornings here we were woken up before 6am by other guests letting their doors slam. Perhaps the hotel can find a solution to make up for the thoughtlessness of these inconsiderate guests! All in all, however, we had an excellent 4 night stay at the Costa Del Sol in Arequipa.

Amazing hotel overall, situated in a perfect location. Staff were extremely friendly, especially Oscar- he took great care of us. The hotel is also very beautiful with a peaceful courtyard full of flowers. The pool also adds to the look. I would recommend this to any traveller looking for a relaxing experience in Arequipa.

Lovely hotel with pool and heated jacuzzi. Service was great, the staff really care about their guests. Oscar at breakfast was very attentive and remembered what we liked from the previous day, which was a nice touch. The beds are very comfy too.
