This was a one night stay at the end of a safari in Serengeti. The stay was first class. The room was comfortable, the breakfast excellent and the gym really well appointed. We will definitely use this hotel again. The transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport takes approximately one hour.

Really nice place with friendly staff. I had to switch rooms, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The food was probably the best I had my whole trip but still somehow just ok. I'd recommend it as a place to relax between legs of travel. It is well-designed and comfortable.

Great amenities, nice breakfast-dinner, friendly staff (especially Daniel) and overall positive experience. Very clean spaces including gym and outdoor spaces too. Also, had fast service even though we were a big group of 100 people!!

The view from the hotel is lovely, and the food was excellent. They have 3 different restaurant options, each of which was great. We also recommend exploring the grounds, because the hotel grows its own coffee and has a large farm/garden to grow fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs used in the hotel restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was great. The service/staff did very well and we were pleased with everyone we interacted with. Nice amenities.

The view from the lounge and top restaurant are spectacular!! Loved going to the spa and then spending the rest of the day by the pool! Buffet offered a lot of choices for all nationalities with several other restaurants on site. First time ever using a hotel laundry service and was impressed with the service. Towards the back of the property there is a restaurant and area where artists with disabilities make their crafts. We found it very wonderful to meet the artists and see how they do their work. Livingston, a deaf glass artist, was very engaging and we bought several of his items. Service was excellent through out the hotel and we would highly recommend it.
