This is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful rooftop view. The food is so good and comes in time. As well, the hotel is dedicated to providing an environmentally friendly dining experience. The hotel is really clean and close to town. It has a cultural shopping area and safari offices from the entry point.

Superb venue for conferences in Arusha city. I loved the atmosphere and how organised the venue is. Its delicious foods. Best service by the hotel staff, it ss just superb. In year 2022 I spent a night in their rooms. It was an amazing experience as well.

Unfortunately, I only got to stay here 1 night prior to the start of my safari. I was warmly and promptly greeted by the staff. The check in process was quick. I was able to check in early was a nice welcome after a 20+ hour flight. I opted for the city view which overlooked a parking lot but lots of trees. There was a balcony. The room was spacious. The hotel lobby, pool area, and grounds are amazing. You can take a nice stroll thru the garden and you really do not feel like you are in the city. It was so relaxing. I did dinner at the rooftop. It was a little breezy but great views of the mountain. There is a coffee shop in the lobby. Overall, the staff was attentive and the service was impeccable. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Great hotel. Amazing service and world class grounds. Lots of plugs for phones and best night lights in any hotel I’ve stayed at. The spa was spectacular and I recommend the body scrub. Be sure to ask for Frida at the spa, the best massage therapist I’ve had.

Excellent hotel: all elements that make a stay pleasant (for me) are perfectly balanced. A great 5-star experience in a serene, civilized and low-profile setting. Professional authentic staff. Not over the top ... Fantastic experience on roof top bar and restaurant. Great view on Mount Meru and gardens. Definitely no kitch ... !
