Surprised my wife with a stay after visiting Biltmore estate and was very pleased very luxurious and fancy stayed on property and had a great meal in the village just walking the grounds and visiting the winery was great. Got dressed up the next morning and had a great breakfast at the inn was worth the money to create great memories. I would definitely recommend it especially for Valentine's or a special occasion. It was great

Took my sister for her birthday. It was more like a trip to hell. It is like an old age home. NOTHING is open. The dining room is the main restaurant open all week and I know it used to be fabulous but we couldn’t afford to eat there daily. But we also happened to check out 4 days early. If you are used to the divine breakfast- forget about it. They do not have the buffet. The rooms are lovely but if you are short or have hip or knee issues you better bring a ladder to get in the bed. Very very high. Also management not so honest. We were supposed to get refunds immediately. The refuse to believe they are unable to make mistakes. I have been on my phone for 2 days. No refund. I love the history of the Biltmore and beauty and charm. Well if you are looking for that, save your money and go to Europe or somewhere else. I have stayed at a Hampton inn where the staff was more professional and helpful. Andrea Baron

Warning: When using the valet service take pictures before and after it is valeted. I noticed fender damage after I left The Inn, I notified the GM who referred me to Travelers Insurance. Traveler issued a claim number but has refused to process a claim explaining they need to investigate further. It has been 45 days without a response and no commitment of when the "investigation' will be completed. Clearly a stalling practice not to take responsibility. I would have expected better from an alleged premium property. It cost me $2,200 to repair my vehicle. Never again......

Exceptional, the holiday decor beautiful, room with a mountain view worth it, breakfast buffet delicious and service in every area gracious! Hot tub with a mountain view in November! The best place to return to after all the exploring, recommend!

We have stayed at the Inn On Biltmore many times. We love it. The staff is always gracious and go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Our usual room of choice is one that has a patio overlooking the spectacular mountains and Antler Hill Village. This visit, however, that section of the hotel was under renovation. We booked a suite on the Chateau Tier floor. The room had been completely renovated and was absolutely beautiful. One of the amenities offered is access to the Chateau Tier Lounge. The Lounge is opened 24 hours and during the late afternoon offers wine and cheese and continental breakfast in the morning. A special thank you to Mae who was the concierge in the Lounge during our stay. Mae was charming and assisted us in every way possible. We would also like to mention Rudy who was our server in the Library Lounge. Both Mae and Rudy were very attentive, and they are a great asset to the Biltmore staff.

It has been a long time since we went anywhere and were greeted so warmly. Each person who cared for us did it with friendliness and compassion.
