Great service with high quality
Check in process was fast and effective. The room we got was very clean and well equipped. Maybe TV size can be improved. The fitness is also very wide and well equipped for both aerobic and weight training. Special emphasis to a great service at breakfast. Food variety is high including healthy and low fat options. We also enjoyed the lounge that we got access especially after 17:00 when “dinner” and alcohol is served. You can enjoy the landscape from the balcony. Bottom line - we enjoyed. It was great value for us. We will come back. BTW it is 30min walk or 8euro taxi from main tourist areas

Excellent Intercontinental worth a stay
A very large Intercontinental with a large lobby which was quite grand. Was upgraded to a suite as an ambassador. The room was extremely large and modern with separate bedroom and living room. The rooftop bar was excellent with very nice views of the city. Location of this hotel is in the centre so you are close to a lot of tourist destinations such as the Acropolis. The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful.

Comfort and convenience
This hotel was spacious and comfortable in every corner. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we entered the door. The bell captain stored our luggage and delivered it to us when our room was ready. The room was large and well appointed with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. There were many onsite dining options including a beautiful formal restaurant overlooking the Parthenon. The concierge was very helpful with our questions and was able to make recommendations. A beautiful stay.

The hotel is one step away from the Athenian wonders, but its real treasures are the team. Special thanks to Irini, whose care and attention made every day an unforgettable gastronomic experience. Here, every employee sincerely strives to make your stay a holiday of comfort and pleasure. Refined cuisine, filled with the tastes of Greece, only emphasizes the atmosphere of hospitality. Very nice stay. Wonderful hotel.
My travel companion and I stayed here as part of a Celebrity Pre-cruise excursion. The excursion included a 2- night stay, tour of the Acropolis and museum, a walking tour, two breakfasts, one lunch and two dinners, with 3 of these, occuring at the hotel. The hotel is beautiful. The room was nicely appointed, spacious and clean. The staff was phenomeol. They went above and beyond to assist us with any and every question or need we had. The breakfasts were plentiful and fresh, served buffet style. The dinner was very good. I would definately book this hotel again...and will. Do know that there are no gift shops close by, if that's important to you.
