We stayed at the Four Seasons Atlanta to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and overall, it was a beautiful experience with a few bumps along the way. The hotel’s amenities were absolutely top-notch — the pool, sauna, steam room, and spa facilities were all very luxurious and well-maintained. Bar Margot had a visually stunning design and a cool, relaxed vibe, making it a great spot to unwind. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was decent, and while we didn’t have the Sunday brunch, it looked impressive and well-presented. Unfortunately, there was a major communication issue regarding the spa. Our package included spa services, but no one informed us ahead of time that a separate reservation was required. Because of this, the surprise birthday massage I had planned for my wife had to be rescheduled to a different day, which was disappointing and inconvenient. It seemed like the website, the front desk, and the spa staff weren’t aligned, even though they’re part of the same property. This lack of clear communication definitely impacted our overall experience. I would recommend the Four Seasons Atlanta for its luxury amenities, beautiful spaces, and atmosphere, but I would strongly suggest clarifying all spa details well in advance to avoid any surprises.

This Midtown favorite continues to offer large and comfortable rooms, nice public areas, and an impeccable service ethos. As for my room, the wifi signal was strong and reliable and there were many outlets. My only complaint about the Four Seasons is the awful traffic near the hotel, which makes traveling by car during busy times a hassle. Having said that, I will happily return.

Not all Four Seasons are created equally. Whilst the service and the staff and the amenities were up to the usual excellent Four Seasons standards, the property is showing its age. Good spa and amenities though, and very friendly and welcoming staff. I had the chance to have breakfast at their signature restaurant, Margaux, and both the staff and the food was good. It is just that the property/decor/rooms showing their age.

I arrived on a corporate rate booked through my corporate booking portal using my corporate card. I presented ID and my virtual (ApplePay) corporate card on arrival. The hotel only accepts physical cards and refused to charge the room to the card I used to book the reservation, even after providing a personal card for incidentals and escalating to a manager. The hotel itself was nothing special and my room smelled of bug killer. This is not the experience I would have expected at the Four Seasons.

The Atlanta Four Seasons continues to be one of the worst in the entire chain. Using the words "luxury" for this property is a total joke. The staff is unprofessional and the hotel is dirty and run down. I was there this past weekend and the hotel clearly has a roach problem -- totally unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
