Glenn Hotel

Staff is uninterested in customer service! Don’t count on them answering the house phone either. Have to ask twice for everything and if you want a drink or food it’s best to go somewhere else. They are always closed or closing. Typical hotel that doesn’t care about the guest experience and just wants to rent you a room.

There are so many things the staff at The Glenn is doing correctly! I haven’t written a review in ages, but I couldn’t leave without commending this hotel for its stellar service and pleasant nature. Everyone was so friendly and kind. I remarked that they must truly enjoy being in each others’ company and was told they actually like coming to work. Everyone from check-in to the bar staff to the valet attendants and housekeeping should be proud of the welcoming atmosphere they have created for their guest. We are looking forward to returning!

Our visit here was great right front he start. The valet was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Then the person who greeted us and checked us in was very courteous. The room was clean, decorated very nicely, and comfortable. All of the staff was extremely kind throughout our stay. The hotel was an easy walk to the arenas, making it easy to get to and from the concert.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel located conveniently walkable to many things such as the Georgia World Congress center where I needed to go for a work conference. The front desk staff is wonderful. Specifically, Sebastien made my stay memorable - he went above and beyond with my requests (such as late checkout) and ensuring I felt as comfortable as possible. Rooms were small but clean and had everything I needed.

The staff here were probably some of the most friendly and helpful hotel staff I have interacted with. The room itself was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. It was an extra perk with how good the blackout shades were for bedtime/naptime for our infant. The Glenn Hotel was also perfectly located for our family trip the the aquarium which was just a short walk through the park away. Highly recommend staying here no matter what type of traveler you are!
