Glenn Hotel

We made an overnight trip to the Hawks/Timberwolves game and chose the Glenn Hotel based on reviews and location. We were not let down in the slightest. From the welcome email that acknowledges their dedication to customer service and satisfaction, to the phenomenal folks in valet parking, to the welcoming check in experience, we were blown away that the Glenn Hotel lived up to every bit of the hype. The sophisticated modern decor is playfully offset by the “lion in a suit” that can be found throughout the hotel. We did not stay long enough to partake in the bars nor Glenn’s Kitchen, but from the look of things, they would have been on par with the rest of the experience. A quick walk across the street took us to the State Farm Arena and made the hotel a perfect spot for our son’s first NBA game. The Glenn Hotel will be our “go to” spot for future Hawks’ games or anything in and around Centennial Olympic Park…or a fun couples getaway. Thanks to everyone for a great experience and stay!

This hotel provides the best of everything! Top notch amenities, creativity and charm in every single detail, and amazing customer service! I came for a girls night and everything was perfect. Miguel, Craig, & Birdie provided exceptional valet service! Both the drop-off and pickup was super quick and the whole valet team was great! Check-in was a breeze and the welcome drink made me feel like I was at a resort outside of the country. The bartenders were great and still personable, even when it became super busy. I will definitely have to come back for a staycation!!

Loved the location for attending an event at the State Farm are arena. The arena’s Sapphire deck is shared with the hotel’s valet. The valets, Miguel and Craig, were very accommodating with our vehicles. The hotel is walkable and conveniently located near many restaurants and bars

My husband and I came to Atlanta from Knoxville to see a concert at the State Farm Arena. Our stay started with Amazing service! They were so kind as soon as we pulled in. Walking into the Hotel we were greeted warmly by hotel staff. They gave us information and instructions to our room and made us their hotel drink. We ate at restaurant at the Hotel and service and food was amazing! We will definitely stay here if we come back to Atlanta.

The hotel is nice and clean BUT the staff is what MADE the trip! Miguel and Craig from valet were top notch! We were here in August and they remembered us! They had our car warmed up for us and pulled around on the day of checkout! THAT is the kind of service we like! Sebastian at the front desk was kind, efficient and ensured we were pleased during our stay. Deanna once again (we met her in August as well) was friendly and personable. Without these people the Glenn is just like any old hotel but with them you are EXTRAORDINARY!!!!
