The Hotel Britomart

Sosososososo good! The bed is devine and the rooms are stunning. Staff are incredible, amazing customer service skills, super friendly. Went out of their way to drop something left for us up to our room while we were out despite us expecting it to only be left at the reception. We loved our stay!

I really appreciate the design and concept of the hotel, especially its green initiative. The room is cozy and clean, and the check-in and check-out process is smooth. The valet service is efficient and convenient. However, for a 5-star hotel, the room service menu could be more impressive, and the food is noticeably overpriced. While the staff are friendly and welcoming, they could benefit from more polished grooming to match the standard expected in luxury hospitality.

Very enjoyable stay in this beautiful hotel. Loved lighting and finally very appropriate lighting in bathroom. pillows, bed were excellent. Very friendly staff. The library was amazing Combining old building to new was beautifully executed

I just stumbled onto a mention of the Hotel Britomart when searching for a place to stay for our 4-day trip to Auckland and I am so glad I did. The hotel is in the perfect location, as it is in the middle of the bustling Britomart district (with tons of shops and food options, and so close to the harbor), but the entrance is not on a main street, so there is little city noise and the hotel acts as its own little oasis. It is tastefully decorated and welcoming to a wide range of travelers. Our room was on the bijou side, but used space so well that we seldom noticed, and the view from the window was perfect for our little trip. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE, and everyone we encountered was helpful and friendly. Room service was quick, convenient, and tasty (though we only used it once, as there were so many local options for food). We noticed a lot of larger-name hotels nearby, but could not imagine staying anywhere else.

We enjoyed all aspects of our 6 night stay at this charming, modern, well equipped hotel, offering views across Auckland Harbour, an excellent restaurant, extremely comfy beds and, above all, helpful, friendly and competent staff.
