The Hotel Britomart

Excellent accommodation in an amazing location, The Hotel is sophisticated and styled with well appointed interiors, the room was very clean and most importantly, the bed was really comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Britomart precinct is very safe, clean and vibrant (there were events and a market in the square just outside the hotel) with lots of dining options nearby and in close proximity to the city's best entertainment venues. I would highly recommend people to stay at this hotel.

Great hotel, well placed in busy district, beautiful decor, fantastic service, food, strong commitment to sustainability. One minor niggle is the room size (we felt like we were in Tokyo) but well laid out. Thanks to Liz and team for a great visit!

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Britomart on our final evening in NZ before heading back to the states. The hotel is absolutely stunning, clean and comfortable. Bar was gorgeous. Breakfast delicious. Room spacious. No detail was missing. Staff are so kind and helpful. Special shout out to Rochelle at the front desk who went above and beyond to find a box of wine that we had shipped to the hotel over from Waiheke. Very much appreciated her help and warm smile! Thanks Rochelle, you made an already lovely stay that much better. Highly recommend the Hotel Britomart!

The location is great. The rooms are both comfortable and quiet; technology is a great bonus. The staff are extremely competent and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a very nice hotel located in a great area for walking to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Most of the staff did a good job and were helpful. However, some of the staff were clearly not trained. They could not provide answers for something as simple as what items would be in our breakfast “go-boxes” or did not have our bill prepared for us when we left ( we never did get a printed bill). Then we were told that coffee was not included in our breakfast package and was an extra charge for the previous 2 mornings. Clearly these two incidents were not indicative of the caliber of service you would expect from this level of hotel. It is too bad we had these two experiences as the hotel itself is lovely with a great location.
