A fabulous end to our month in New Zealand - a great hotel!

A beautiful hotel - aesthetically pleasing in all areas. We were fortunate to have the breakfast included and the food at Kingi is outstanding. We thought the bed was very comfortable and the contemporary layout of the room gave us the right amount of space. Everyone at the hotel was so helpful and eager to please.

Comfort and great service in every respect

We stayed for two nights prior to transferring to the airport. A beautiful hotel in every respect. A warm welcome on arrival and luggage taken to our room as we returned our hire car. The Galway room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable, with a great view towards the harbour and overlooking the piazza below. Cocktails and evening drinks taken in the bar were excellent with attentive and friendly bar staff. Would we stay again? Definitely

All levels of service including the restaurant and its manager Samson and the reception staff were outstanding! Front desk crew went out of their way including giving us a deck of cards when we had time to kill. Samson definitely went above and beyond when one of our group was unwilling to eat seafood, which was the main feature in the restaurant. The seafood was excellent!!

We had 3 nights here and loved it. Everything from the check in, the room and service at breakfast. Add to this a great location with access to cafes, restaurants, shopping & the ferries for exploring the broader area … it’s excellent. This hotel will now be our ‘go to’ whenever we are in Auckland.
