Perfect in almost every way, with one design flaw keeping it from a 5.
Really nice, new hotel in fantastic location! Staff was super, and had dinner in their restaurant one night which was fantastic. I would give the property a 5 but they have one annoying item which appears to be a design flaw: If you shower and do not fully close the sliding wooden door to the bathroom, heat from the shower will set off the smoke detector literally inches from the door. The gentleman who helped with the luggage made a special point of this so I assume it happens. Anyway, other than that the place was perfect for our needs. Not huge but quiet with needed amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The hotel is amazing! The room is beautifully arranged and very cozy, with perfect views. I had a great rest and will definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Rakesh was very helpful and informative. Will visit again when are back in auckland

Rakesh at the front desk was so warm and helpful. Feels at home here. Resturant has great food and great ambience. Library is good place to have a cup of drink and read. Room space is not big, but cozy. House keeping is timely. Great location. Easy to walk around in city center

Great location. Very friendly staff. Modern rooms though not big. Bathroom very nice. Breakfast deal seems odd as you pay for what you eat in the end. Breakfast selection missing some simple choices. Odd experience when a taxi was ordered instead of simply taking uns to the taxi outside.

The Hotel Britomart is an exceptional place. Every detail was perfect. The Hotel itself is a work of art and architecture. A pleasure for all of the senses. The staff were friendly, helpful and always courteous. We will definitely return.
