Fabulous five star stay in Auckland
Fantastic experience, truly 5 stars. Highly recommend getting the afternoon tea if you can. Staff, service and rooms were exceptional. I would gladly come back for a future stay. Very convenient location near the CBD and business and cultural attractions.

The room was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable. The bathroom overlooked the harbor and had a huge tub to bathe in. The hotel staff were very friendly. Breakfast had a wide selection of dishes and tasted great with great presentations. We would highly recommend staying at the Park Hyatt.

Wonderful hotel
I had a great stay and almost perfect except for the faulty air condition. The hotel itself inside is beautifully designed. Feels like being in a museum when going back to my room. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The marina view was perfect. Breakfast and dinner was great, both at Onemata. Spa was so nice. Would consider going back just for the spa too. Hotel had full amenities.

7th Floor View over water
Fantastic location, exceptional food, best staff we have encountered, nothing was an issue. 7th floor room was great with a large deck view over the water. Make sure to try the Coromandel Oysters and the Crayfish. Breakfast and the room service options were also excellent. We won't stay anywhere else in Auckland thanks

Outstanding hotel and stay. Great location and beautiful hotel. Luxurious rooms that checks ever box and very spacious. Great food at The Pantry and Living Room restaurants. Staff provides outstanding customer service. Would return and recommend highly.
