Fairmont Austin

I would stay here again. The bed/pillows were very comfortable and I slept well. I enjoyed the Le Labo soap and hot showers. The views of downtown Austin were also beautiful!

Received my first HydraFacial from Dandie and she was so kind and professional from meeting to the very end of the service. She explained everything so I knew what to expect during each step and regularly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable! Andrea at the Spa Reception was super welcoming when I arrived and made sure I was all set up for relaxation for my time in the spa! Thank you Fairmont Austin Spa team for the most amazing experience.

Our 2nd stay at the fabulous Fairmont in Austin! It is the most beautiful glass bldg in all of Austin in our view! Loved: 1. The hotel lobby 2. The well trained friendly and professional staff including Vinicius from Brazil!🇧🇷 3. The pool (tho unable to use due to severe cold weather in the 30s) 4. The Gold Member Lounge - totally work the $100 upgrade fee but wish Vinicius explained that it was charged per day; we stayed 4 nights 5. The Linger Longer special promotion 6. The maid service was exceptional!! She was extremely conscientious and even rearranged my our myriad make up lotions etc. Disappointed: 1. The poor service at the Revue. Understandable that it was the Valentine’s Day and they were booked. Had to mention that we are Gold C members to avoid being on the waiting list just to get a drink. But then they absolutely avoided us after sitting us at a bar. The waiter, John, completely ignored us the whole time perhaps afraid that we’d write a negative review or thought were troublesome guests. When we waived him over, he got the pregnant lady staff to come to us instead after 10 more minutes of wait and she insincerely promised to bring us the drinks we ordered yet never came back. We left feeling disappointed. 2. The tomato soup at the Fulton Lounge was cold and salty without much flavor

The Fairmont was an absolutely beautiful hotel! The accommodations were lovely and very comfortable for my family. This will be my choice hotel every time I visit Austin!

I recently stayed at the Fairmont Austin for a company conference. The location in town is excellent; i was able to walk to move locations I wanted to visit. The room was high quality, as was the service. I was initially concerned about the conference rooms being vertically aligned (across 4 floors), but escalator access was easy. Getting back to the room during busy times was the only difficulty. My only complaint was the food, it could have been better, but although breakfast was light, lunch had plenty of good options to ensure tasty choices.
