Fairmont Austin

Our room was great, hospitality and cleaning crew were excellent. The workout facility is awesome as well as the restaurants, shop, and all of the services!

This is my favorite hotel in Austin. The ambiance and location are incredible. Our daughter was playing in a volleyball tournament at the Austin Convention Center and the sky bridge access was so convenient.

Beautiful hotel in a great location in Austin. All the employees were so nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

The Fairmont Austin was a very pleasant experience! I was here for three nights for a work conference, and the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. On check in, I was offered whatever floor I wanted (love this) and ended up on the top floor with a room upgrade. I unfortunately do not recall the name of the agent who helped me but he was amazing! The room was pleasant, it had a bit of lingering “gym locker room” odor but it wasn’t really noticeable other than entering. Spacious and super comfy beds and pillows. Shower was HUGE. Nightly boxed water from the bell desk was very thoughtful. Our crew spent a ton of time at the Fulton bar and the staff were genuinely super helpful even in the face of incredible crowding and chaos. The server Julianna N. Was especially excellent, she got our drinks out quickly and kept the water and seltzers coming (for hydration purposes). She was great! Definitely would stay here again, staff was all incredibly pleasant and overall made the trip very nice.

Janice warm welcomed us and introduced City view from the room. You don’t get river side view of Firework. Have to watch Fireworks along highway 35.
