Fairmont Quality Through Out
Very pleasant stay from top to bottom. The staff was attentive but not pushy. The room was well appointed though I wish someone would remove the expresso coffee drips and put the older k-cups back. I need more coffee first thing in the morning. Pool was fun and the outside bar staff great. Recommend staying there.

Weekend in Austin
Love the service and amenities of the Fairmont Austin! Fabulous bed. The massage by Lady at the spa was the best Ive ever had. The Pool was wonderful with towels provided. Food was delicious at both restaurants and the pool. The Lobby has a great vibe.

Business trip perfection!
Beautiful hotel! The room was very spacious. It offered many amenities including the luxurious LaLabo skincare / soap / shampoo line. Lovely! Here for a meeting and only had the opportunity to walk around the pool area. It looked fun! Cool bar and restaurant adjacent. The hotel is conveniently attached to the convention center. The area of town at the Fairmont is located in is very walkable. Staff are all very helpful and friendly!

Great Stay at Fairmont SXSW2025
My stay was awesome.0 I’ve stayed at this property several times and it’s always a great experience. Staff is friendly and professional. Only one thing, price hike during SXSW. I would extend my stay during SXSW but it’s so pricey during this time

Club level at this hotel does not include alcoholic beverages
I would rate five out of five if the club level wore honest. This is the first club level where I have to pay for alcoholic beverages in my travel book that’s not club level. The service at the pool level was very good until the shift switched and the new person that came on did not check in on me for over 35 minutes and I wanted to check out.
