We were here for three nights with the kids in two rooms. We were beguiled by the feel of music conveyed by the property from the vinyls to the horn chandelier. In reality, this is just ok. There is construction all around and the rooms themselves seem tired and not well maintained. Towels were perhaps white at one point, but no longer. Baths have stains on the shower floors. I could go on, but with a $35 amenity fee per day, we are not looking at a cheap hotel. I would look to another hotel were I to return.

Not a bad design and location. But $60 per day for mandatory valet because they do not have a parking garage. And the free margaritas during happy hour they gave you tokens for, are actually not free. You HAVE to pay for them. Something around $30 a day. Kind of a scam. So whatever you’re paying per night, add $100 per day because of their extra fees. I would avoid this shady nickel and dime charging hotel. Sneaky Customer service. We got a presidential suite which wasn’t bad with a nice view, but I would not stay here again on principal alone…

We stayed at the hotel with friends as we were having our Christmas dinner in town and also my niece baptism. Everyone was really nice, Bushra, Jared, Paulina, Mason and Victor. Also the valet team was helpful. Room was great and margaritas the best.

Breakfast is not available until 7am which is too late for business travelers. Accounting practices are dismal with over charging and incorrect charging being the norm. Room was okay but nothing special considering the price. Construction outside of room began around 6am. In room coffee and supplies lacking. No room service available that I could find.

There was some construction going on when I came in September 2023 (late review! but wanted to say that Michelle and Zora at the front desk were great! Very friendly and professional. The overall ambience of the hotel was very sophisticated and elegant.
