Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa

I could not be more overjoyed to write this review. The Omni staff helped me plan my proposal at the resort. They went above and beyond to ensure I had the greatest proposal experience. Particularly, Jasmine and Rebecca were so incredibly helpful in planning and keeping the special day a secret. Their staff was so friendly and encouraging (they had in the notes that I was proposing). After the special moment, they had champagne ready to go for us and the whole staff was cheering. I'm amazed at the experience and will be overjoyed to go back to Omni for life. 100000/10 experience.

We had a girls trip over New Years to celebrate a birthday. Omni Barton Creek went above and beyond to make it an exceptional experience for all of us. Shelby at check-in was absolutely wonderful. She took excellent care of us and was genuinely friendly and caring. Dylan at breakfast at Tiger Spice provided excellent service and a great sense of humor. Allan and Andrew in the lobby bar-Jim Bob's bar helped us celebrate a birthday and really made the experience unforgettable! They were so attentive, fun, and provided outstanding customer service. We were absolutely impressed with every person we met at Omni Barton Creek. It is so evident that there is a high-priority placed on customer service. I don't know who serviced our room, but the birthday cake waiting for us when we checked in was so thoughtful, and our mid-stay service was perfect. We had a wonderful experience at every single dining establishment we visited at the resort. We are still talking about the Wagyu beef burger at Crawford's! The Tiger Spice breakfast was delicious. We visited the Canyon Creek bar and grill offsite and they treated us like royalty, helping us celebrate a birthday beyond our expectations. And the cajun mac and cheese was exceptional. Our visit to Jim Bob's Bar was a highlight of the trip. Allan and Andrew made excellent drinks and helped to create an unforgettable experience. The coffee shop near the lobby was fantastic. I love a good latte and the coffee they provide there was excellent. Thank you for having that so accessible. The Select Guest drink coupon was a true highlight for us. We were given a few extras to help celebrate our birthday and it helped to create more of that all-inclusive or luxury resort feel. We felt we never really needed to leave the resort because there were so many wonderful options. If you do go to celebrate a birthday, be sure to wear a birthday sash and/or mention it to the staff. =) We were amazed by the generosity provided to make our experiences extra special.

Excellent staycation option! 2 night stay for NYE celebration with adult friends. Perfect no driving for NYE, on property dining at Bob's, after dinner chg to casual wear for midnight celebration on lobby balcony and hotel bar with solo guitarist, fun! NYD spa open perfect for relaxing & wonderful staff at spa & hotel. Walked nature trail for outdoor time & bar for lunch & football watching NYD . Three alerts- hot cold on shower control a little confusing could not locate warm, small bathroom counterspace in my room, food was good but strange the sides at all the restaurants were not hot, just barely warm, maybe too many guests to serve on a holiday. On NYE There were families there with kids as well but not over flowing with kids and nice to see the hotel lobby courtyard area seemed to be perfect for families with kids.

Visiting family in hill country and this was a superb location. Hotel is excellent and the staff were great, beginning from the valet to housekeeping...everything and everyone just superb. They know how to serve up Texas hospitality even during the holiday season

Was there for a work conference. I’ve been to dozens of similar events over the years and this was one of the best! Everyone was helpful, everything worked as it should, bar staff put up with us, food was really good considering it was all buffet. Events were well staffed so never really had to wait and everything was always being cleaned up or tidied. Great resort, bit of walking, lots of steps. It was unseasonably cold and you could feel it in some parts of the resort. Rooms and property a bit dated but nothing major. Hot water seemed limited at least one morning. Had a couple of very minor issues that were promptly rectified. Bar staff, especially downstairs were outstanding.
