Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa

An exceptional experience from check in to check out. Nathanial at the front desk was friendly, considerate, and helpful. The staff at the upstairs bar was also exception in the crafting of wonderful cocktails, and a steady supply of good converstation. The views are the best you can get in the Hill Country. Unless perhaps you own one of the mansions across the golf course. Bobs Steak and Chophouse was delightful, and the crust on my filet was delightful. I was only their for work, so I didn't get to play the Golf Course, but let me say, it was hard not to sneak away and play 18 holes. Highly recommended.

When staying in Austin Omni Barton Creek is our favorite place to stay. Whether you’re having a spa day, having drinks and lunch at crenshaws Omni staff is hands down the best! Always courteous, pleasant and professional. Omni is a beautiful resort and is a wonderful place to stay!

Overall, it was most disappointing. My intention was to rest & relax with family. That was not the case. It was loud and much like a circus type environment. Crowd control was needed in the lobby as people were shouting over each other to be heard. Staff was either distracted with their phones or unable to adequately answer simple questions such as does this hotel provide room service. Outstanding location for weddings, golf tournaments or conferences. Poor choice for calm, serene and meaningful visit.

If you are a golfer, just an incredible experience with multiple course on site and incredible staff that makes everything very fluid and easy from one location to the next. Food is also excellent and no need to really explore elsewhere. Rooms are fantastic as well and staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Everyone really goes that extra mile.

The common areas are beautiful. Our double Queen room was fine except the mattress was very firm and the pillows were limp. When we discovered a soaking-wet spot on the floor near the bathroom, we informed the front desk that there was a possible water leak. They relocated us to a beautiful suite which was amazing. The staff were all incredibly professional, a perfect combination of polite and friendly.
