Beautiful, smaller hotel
The hotel was beautiful, albeit a little tiny. In addition, they share the hotel with another entity the Thomas? So there was a little bit of confusion each time I step off the elevator, having to determine which side (left or right) I need to go in order to get to the correct hotel for the Thompson Austin.

As a Lifetime Globalist…From check-in to check-out was amazing! Everyone was so friendly! The service was amazing and the hotel was modern, clean & beautiful Great location! In room dining was great for breakfast. Gym was great. Recommended without reservations.

First class Hotel with First class staff.
I called before my stay and was very happy to connect with Dlyssa. It was a busy time for the Hotel but Dyllsa took the time to answer my questions and was so helpful. Dyllsa connected me with Saige to help with car service, and again was so nice and helpful. First class hotels have first class staff. Thanks Thompson. :)

An oasis in Austin
After a long haul flight from Australia on Christmas Day the Thompson Austin was an oasis - it has a great feel, beautifully appointed, great location for exploring Austin, and clean and comfortable. A great spot to relax is with a cocktail and snacks around the pool. But even better than the hotel itself is the staff. We received a warm Texan welcome from Nick on arrival. Even before we arrived, Saige at concierge went our of her way to make sure everything was right for our arrival, including arranging a Christmas dinner at beautiful restaurant and putting together great suggestions for our time in Austin. Thank you Saige and Nick for making our stay in Austin so enjoyable.

Wonderful place to stay
Beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere. Checkin was easy, location was great! They have keyless entry which was very nice. The different restaurant options were nice. The one area that could use more options was the coffee shop. They had a very limited menu for drinks and food at the cafe.
