Great hotel, love the downtown view.
Anthony was a great person. Great smile I love the greet, outstanding guy and very helpful. They will also love the hotel, beautiful interior, beautiful rooms outstanding staff willing to go all the way to make sure that you’re conveniently happy and to make sure that there’s no inconvenience on your side but most of all you gotta love the people working outside open the doors for you grabbing your luggage and making you feel you’re worth 1 million bucks outstanding thank you.

Football game & dinner
The valet service was Great Anthony, really was Great. Gave us great directions the and helped us with our luggage. The rooms were very nice as well. Hope to see Anthony and the valet team upon our return in April....Closing note these guys were great. And took great care of my new Tundra.

Hotel staff
The hotel staff was great and the valet team I was very impressed with. Cedrik welcomed me when I arrive to the hotel and was consistently pleasant and an amazing person in regards to going above and beyond his job. I would highly recommend staying here while in town.

Wrong Hotel
I arrived at the W but the desk clerk could not find the reservation that my wife set up. After I text and heard back from her, you guessed right. I was at the wrong hotel. Use the valet but I was at the wrong hotel. The valet guys were super nice and understanding . I wasn't charge but I agreed to right a review. Thanks for understanding.

Valet Parking
Cedrick was at the valet. He was both kind and professional, great service!! Would definitely feel comfortable leaving my car with valet while staying. I’m not sure if they do parking for non hotel visitors but would also do that as well, with an event downtown.
