Great experience! Shoutout Josh
Stayed over the weekend Josh was incredible and attentive would definitely come back off his service alone, room was clean and tidy on top of the beds being very comfortable can’t wait to come back. Will be recommending to my friends and family.

Valet Josh was professional
There was this guy at valet. His name is Josh totally amazing. With the customer service, I mean, all I needed to do was use the bathroom. And he greeted me, he opened the door and everything just went amazing. I just went in, that came right back out, and the car was even ready for me to leave excellent customer service.

Astounding hotel
For a solo trip my overstay at The W Austin was a 5 out of 5; very luxurious & astounding! When I came across valet I encountered with Josh! He was prideful & outstanding at his job! He hustled & helped me with any questions or concerns I had , even had good recommendations on restaurants around the area! This was a great stay I would definitely come back and revisit. Thank you to The W Austin employees!

Amazing stay!
Outstanding! Loved every moment of my stay and the valet assistance was superb! Our room was well prepared and clean everyday. Everyone was so nice and compassionate, it truly made the difference. Thank you to everyone who made this trip so special for my wife and I!

Valet was Great and very professional. Anthony and the morning crew rock.This crew was very fast upon arrival and checkout. The guys was able to store items in our truck multiple times, and never a problem. I was impressed how Anthony and these guys communicate the were so organized especially for the crowd that was in attendance. W Hotel really struck Gold with this crew , the Valet team really rocks. Again thanks Anthony and your morning crew. The Omni don't have anything on you guys.
