Cedric was as genuine as they come. Prompt, courteous, and extremely personable. As I told him to his face, I highly doubt he will have any issue finding success throughout his life, as long as he he keeps the exact same tenacity as he currently possesses. Job well done - kudos!!

The Best!
The W Austin is always the best place to stay when visiting Austin. They have the most comfortable linens and beds. The location is great! We love everything including the valet service! Anthony and his crew are so quick and attentive! Looking forward to coming back!

Amazing stay
What an amazing place! From the unbelievable bar and food to the fantastic valet (thanks Anthony!). This is the best W I’ve stayed at. Great for business travel as you never have to leave for an amazing meal. The room is clean, quiet and well appointed.

Valet is great
I live in Austin and any time I go downtown I park with the valet team at W Austin. They are fast and nice and take care of my car. The Living room bar inside the hotel is also great with fun drinks and friendly bartenders. It’s always a nice experience parking there!

Cedrick is the best!
We discovered our car had a flat tire while it was parked in the W parking lot. The concierge team was incredibly helpful and recommended a tire shop right down the street. The valet team immediately began charging their tire air compressor. Cedrick helped us pump up our tire enough that we could drive the car to the tire shop down the street, rather than needing to call a tow truck. Cedrick was so kind and helpful and made us feel at ease during a stressful situation. We really appreciate all of the staff, especially Cedrick! 10/10 experience at the W!
