This was a 2 nights and skiing stay on Bonvoy points. From the parking valet to housekeeping the ski valet and room service and of course Sofia at the front desk who found the battery to my ski sock I lost while removing my boot, our service was excellent at the Ritz!

We had a good experience overall at the RC Bachelor Gulch. The service was good. Our room was luxurious and comfortable. The prices are to be expected for a RC in the Beaver Creek area during high season. A huge plus was access to the spa amenities (heated outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub and cold plunge) and convenience to the slopes. The only thing travelers may wish to be mindful of is Bachelor Gulch is separated from the town of Avon and Beaver Creek Village. The hotel, however, has a shuttle; there's public transport and you can ski to the Village easily. We hope to be back.

Black widow spider bite confirmed! Dan Dickhart (GM) has still not responded to a medical issue in addition to other issues, including criminal activity. Someone stole my bottle at Apres Ski on Sunday Feb 16th, the guy was identified and allowed to remain. Entrance and luggage service was also sub-standard. I love Star and RC but this stay felt like a Residence Inn. Please do better - Bonvoy Corporate and legal representation will be in touch.

This is my favorite place in the world to ski. Great bar and restaurants, outdoor space is amazing post a day of skiing, ski valet and rentals on site, full service spa and excellent corporate event facilities. The entire staff is friendly, experienced and on point. Special mention Dan-GM, Ann-server in Sakara, Cal and Hamza-Bartenders at Wyld, Gauda- reception, Winnet-server in lounge, Manu- food is on point, Korean and Szechuan chicken are crowd pleasers. And many others went out if their way to make our stay a joy. Keep it up RC Bachelor Gulch we are already planning next year's trip.

We have stayed here a few times and the place is great. I've seen some people complaining about the music selection. You're never going to make everyone happy but I can tell you that the Apres scene here is great. The vast majority of your typical skier population is going to love it. Obviously this may not be a good fit for some of the older, stiff Ritz Carlton clientele (hence some negative reviews about the music) but I think they are doing a great job creating a fun vibe at the hotel that the vast majority of people will love. Also- we've skied a lot of places around the world and you'd be hard pressed to find any place better to ski with young kids than Beaver Creek. A lot of fun terrain specifically for kids. Red Buffalo, McCoy Park, Little Brave, Sawbuck- so many fun ares to explore with kids
